I had the agents Christian Mcllory try to lease my property. He is the worst agent I have used. He lied multiple times and impossible to get a hold of. My property was supposed to be listed on the MLS, but he didn't post it for about 3 weeks. I got to the point where I wasn't sure if people were viewing my property, so I removed my key without him knowing and asked after a week if people have been by the week I took the key and he said people have been viewing the place that week. When I asked to cancel the contract since he wasn't doing his job it took him almost a week to send me the papers. I would recommend going with someone else.

I had an excellent experience with Eminence's team. I found them extremely cooperative to assist me find my condo in Toronto. Big thanks to Sarj, who ensured timely responses/actions and finalized the deal within a brief time frame. I'd certainly recommend this team.

Had a great experience working with Eminence Realty. I was impressed mainly by how efficiently they were able to lease out my property, since I had a very hard time getting the place rented out by myself. My tenant is set to move in mid-September! Highly recommend!

The office is highly disorganized. They lost one of my monthly rent payments, claiming they paid me. The tenant had paid. They likely deposited into someone else’s bank account. They are disorganized and have no paper trail of how or where their payments and bank transfers go to. I Threatened litigation and they finally settled. Very disorganized and unprofessional property management firm.

I leased my property with Upperside Eminence Realty, they did an amazing job! My property was rented within 1 week. I had no trouble contacting employees in the office or my consultant Matthew. Overall this is an amazing company, and I highly recommend it to investment property owners.

If you come across a unit this company is representing I'd advise you move on and look at something else. My wife and I looked a unit with their consultant/realtor earlier this week. We gave all documents needed and were told we were stellar candidates. The consultant" assured us we could move in Feb 1st as it was discussed clearly during our viewing. He then told the back office we would move in Jan 1 and had the landlord accept an offer for this date. This resulted in us losing the unit we wanted. When I asked our "consultant" why he did not tell the back office the proper occupancy date in he replied "I hear hundreds of things every day"Is that the realtor you want to assist in finding you tenants

Don't bother wasting you time with this company.My business partner and I hired them to help us procure a tenant for our rental unit.They didn't perform a proper background check and all the documents submitted to us were illegitimate and ended up costing us thousands of dollars in unpaid rent and damages.According to there policy we should of been reimbursed and another tenant should of been located (definitely not using them again).They're been unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of since we initially paid them.What a lesson...Update: Jan 21, 12- Unresponsive, nothing has been done to compensate or resolve the issue as per their own policies

I am extremely happy with the service provided to me by Eminence Realty. Although I was only looking for some advise on finding tenant(s) for my property, I ended up receiving a great investment opportunity. Particularly, the one I spoke to introduced me to an entirely new feature of the company. I was surprised to find out they have access to VIP premium Pre-Construction and a ton of properties to invest in! Not only are these experts competent, but also successful in satisfying my best interests. They also have access to even more services such as furniture-moving and housing appraisal.

I recently did business with Eminence Realty in order to find a rental unit for my sister and cousin. The staff was extremely helpful in finding a unit that fit their needs and budget. I was quite impressed with the service and started using them myself. As my career has me relocating quite often (every 3-6 months) I prefer to use Eminence Realty to help me find a unit that is right for me when needed.I cannot relate to any of the negative reviews I have read below. I have only had great experience dealing with Eminence Realty and will continue to use their service for myself, family, and friends.Thanks for everything guys!
