This place is pathetic. It must be a requirement to be rude and stuck up to be an employee here. And what business has its customer centre open 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and expects you to be able to fit those hours?! I happen to work 3-11 so thank you UPS. I will never ship anything to my customers with UPS. How are they even still open?DO NOT GO HERE.

No knock at the door , no door bell , I was home and it was left outside on its side. The app even said that I personally received it. Can’t say I’m happy about them leaving a very expensive turntable out front like that.

It really makes me sad that I had to even click on one star. I ordered a very expensive piano, the company I ordered from uses UPS apparently. I got an email with the estimated delivery time and sure enough it was delivered at that time......in the afternoon, middle of the day, -40 C, the delivery driver in his / her infinite wisdom felt it was OK to leave it on my front door. Clearly labeled on either side of the box (with a picture) as to what was in it, in the middle of the day, in the middle of winter they LEFT A PIANO ON MY FRONT DOOR STEPS. It only weighed 95 pounds, and could easily fit in a truck van or SUV. In all my life I have never witnessed stupidity at this level. My wife and my 8 year old child had to fight just to get it inside. 2 grown men could have easily taken it. I have tried to contact someone and all I get is routed through an infinite loop of we will call you". I hate writing things like this but this had to be shared. I was told that if no one was home

Absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional behaviour. The person took the liberty to delay the package without my consent and put it under “recipient has requested a late package delivery”. Absolutely horrible service. I will be filing for a formal official complaint with higher authorities.

for a company that is supposed to specialize in shipping and delivering packages, they sure do very little of it, I ve never had a package go through UPS delivered on time or not had to call for them to stop holding it in their warehouse and actually send it out. Dismal in every way.

We contacted Reveal on August 17/20 asking them to do a quote on redoing the exterior of our home. Three days later we received an email requesting drawings for our home which we promptly requested from the city. On September 6th we initiated contact with Reveal as we still had not heard back. On September 9th we followed up with a phone call. Tim promised he would drop off samples that evening and provide pictures and a quote. This was not done, however they did drop off samples on our front step on September 12th. No followup occurred and on September 24th we sent them an email indicating our frustration. On September 28th we received an email response with apologies and excuses and a lump sum figure with absolutely no details. We responded that we needed to know if this lump sum included everything we’d requested (siding, eaves, parging) and indicated that we needed details ASAP if they wanted us to consider them for the job. We have NEVER received a response. Our communication with Reveal (Tim and Mark Neufeld) was over a period of about a month and a half and we never actually met or talked to them in person. We pursued several other companies and each of these other companies without exception came to our home, did a walkabout with us discussing our wishes and offered their expertise and provided a detailed quote in a timely manner. We gave Reveal many opportunities to earn our business but all they gave us in return was frustration. Would not recommend.

They keep saying that my package is delayed due to a natural disaster in Saskatoon. It’s December in Saskatoon, it’ll be a disaster till March. I’d give zero stars for their terrible service if I could.

Service at its best. They informed me on the phone that my parcel was available to pick-up after I previously attempted to. I went in the next day and was surprised that their employee referred to me by name and said they had a package for me. No complaints, great service.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. My package was delivered to the wrong address and customer care told me to pick it up at the location on the card and there was nothing they could do.I didn't pay for delivery to pick it up somewhere else. Paying for a service you did not receive is fraud.SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A DELIVERY SERVICE!!
