We ordered pizza last night. It took two hours for the order to arrive. 40 minutes past the time we were told it would be delivered, we called and asked where it was. It took another 25 minutes after that call to arrive. No apology for the delay. I understand that they were busy, so we didn't mind too much. But the garlic fingers came with a blonde hair baked in. This is the SECOND time that this has happened to us. The first time we shrugged because it happens, but this experience has completely eroded my faith in this place. We will never order from them again.

Awesome place to get a bite to eat. Gibbons doesn't offer alot so it's a nice change to have some good food in such a small town. Very clean interior, and the service is really good. Definitely recommend Flamez for anyone in town.

This is my favorite place to grab a bite in Gibbons. I've stopped in here and there since they first opened as Flames". It's always nice to be surprised by quality food in a small town like this. Their Donairs beat most places I've tried in the edmonton area

Recently moved to town, tried all the other places in Gibbons and i am glad i gave Primos a chance because they delivered . I ordered yesterday some pizzas and donairs, the sauces on both of them were something else, so much flavour to them. The portions were very generous too. Didn’t expect to find a such an awesome place here in this small town.
