Salon VIP Lounge

The salon saved us when we got stuck in Quebec City airport due to snowstorm. Our flight was delayed for several hours but we were really comfortable waiting here. There were fewer food options but everything was good. Employees were really nice and so patient even when the lounge was super crowded due to the flight delays caused by the storm.

I had the pleasure of visiting this airport lounge, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! The lounge was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax before a flight.The seating was good, and I especially appreciated the pleasant fireplace in the middle, which added a cozy touch to the space. Additionally, the washrooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing experience.While the food selection was just okay, I was pleased to find that the lounge was located conveniently close to our gate. This made it easy to enjoy a quick snack and still make it to our flight on time.As far as paid lounges go, this one was definitely a cut above the rest. The atmosphere was peaceful, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through the airport!

Amazing lounge - came for early dinner. They had fried rice, chilli and meatballs. Nice assorted salad, hummus, pita. They also have breakfast foods and a coffee machine and assorted pastries. Also self serve bar. Very clean, quiet and spacious lounge.

Fabulous experience as a PP holder. Lots of food and drink options. Not crowded and a perfect place to wait on our delayed flight.

Lounge overlooks gates 28-29. Self-serve buffet in operation. Good vegan options: couscous salad, pita chips & hummus, veg sticks & dip, fruit salad. Alcohol, juices, sodas, coffee machine using pods. Hand sanitizer dispensers, flight departure screen, TV screen with English subtitles, computer work tables, movable small tables at the armchairs, gas fireplace, massage chair (out of order, Sep 6-2022). I regret the use of so much plastic: each portion of food is in a plastic container. There’s got to be a more eco-friendly way.

One of the nicest lounges I've been too. The food and beverage selection is extensive and the seating area is very cozy. There are tables if you want to work and soft leather chairs for relaxing. It's primarily self service with food and drinks so that cuts down on wait times. Service is also good. Bathrooms are also nice and tidy. Very pleased with my time there. Made the delay a lot more bearable.

Nice, clean and cozy lounge. We visited at 5am on Dec 24th. They have a fire place and serve continental breakfast. They also have a free massage chair for visitors.

Really nice lounge. Modern and clean. You can get in with multiple options for free. Air Canada elite status, star alliance gold, priority plus as well as amex centurion and platinum. Their web site has an exhaustive list of different cards that allow you access.

Had a great time at this self check in longue.It was quiet, relaxing space with ample amount quality food and drinks. We were worried about the amount of food at breakfast but had about 10+ options of hot and chill food. Stomach fully satisfied when we left.The self check in kiosk was a little intimidating at first without anyone present but it was quick and very easy to use. Perhaps more longues should have these!
