I had the opportunity to work with Nancy over 8 months during Stantec's Emerging Leaders Program. Nancy is an exciting facilitator and has the ability to connect quickly with a variety of personalities. She captures the interest of her audience with her exuberant personality but more importantly, the substance of her message. Nancy provided coaching, leadership and facilitation to our group on a wide variety of topics. She brought compassion, focus and fun to each session. I have worked with Nancy both as an Internal Communications Facilitator for my team as well as a personal executive coach. Nancy is a true expert in working with teams who have a wide variety of experience and background. She customizes her work to fit the needs of the group and is attentive and energetic in her sessions. She is approachable and easy to open up to. I was very fortunate to be in one of the Stantec Emerging Leaders groups that Nancy facilitated for about seven months.From the very first day, Nancy showed enthusiasm and a great level of passion for her role as facilitator.
