Infinity Ultra Lounge & Bar
Came here for one of my girls birthdays on Saturday. It was advertised as a neon-party $10 entry (inclusive of glow in the dark face painting and glow accessories). We were charged $30/pp entry and zero came with that. Back end of the bar was no entry (aggressively). We had reserved a table. Waitresses were beyond rude and literally wouldn’t even serve us. Ordering a hookah was ridiculous. Just got told to go here, nope there, they’re wrong have to ask there…we can’t serve you, you have to get that from your waitress… We redirected the rest of our party and left. Ripped us off, did not provide what they promoted, refused to serve us and all around worst bar experience I’ve yet to have. They don’t answer the phone so online review it is! This place used to be a great, safe space back when it was FAME. Avoid!!

Will never go back, waste of time and money! 0 stars!My friends and I went there last weekend. Service was slow and there was a total lack of urgency or respect from the workers.To begin the night, my friend and I were searched by a female employee who did an EXTREMELY thorough search of our purses- grabbed our stuff from out purse, touching personal items (completely unsanitary during COVID times) and patted us down in a VERY uncomfortable manner, getting very close and touchy while patting us down.Got some drinks, they were served to us 3/4 full. Our tequila shots came without limes. It took way too long to be served a bottle of beer, because the venue supposedly had one debit machine working at the time. This would all be more acceptable if the staff seemed happy to be there, but they were totally uninterested in being there and didn't care at all about the poor service.Later on in the night, we got a bottled beer and saw that the bar tender pushed the tip button before handing the machine to us!!! After asking the bar tender why it was $10 for the beer, he told us there's an auto gratuity after 10 PM. I would think that if this were true, we would have been told without us having to ask. This also is a complete lie and totally shady and disrespectful behavior.I have never been so repulsed and I recommend that no one ever spend their hard earned money at this establishment! Go across the street, where you will be happily served and feel respected and valued.

By far the most amazing experience I have ever had while in Winnipeg! If you wanna have the best time, This is the place to be!! PHENOMENAL DJ who just knows the right music to play and not forgetting the customer care service is amazing and lastly I have to say the owner does such an outstanding job for ensuring top notch of service is provided and is so kind and very thoughtful!

By far this is one of the best night club in the city by far. They play all kind of music and their food is so nice and reasonable price.I love the service and the atmosphere over allHighly recommend for a chill night out.

Tasty foods and variety of drinks available with great atmosphere, the service might be lacking at times but I enjoyed my time. Definitely coming back.

The venue is nice, but it's not very clean. I went to the bar 5 times to buy a drink (the same beer for either myself or my friend - two diff bartenders) and it was a different price each time. Eventually I said I was going with the lowest price I've been charged which was 5.25 and the bartender just shrugged and said ok, kind person but clueless. I tried ordering 3 different shots before that, but they didn't have any of them. No one was really aware of what was on the menu. The person who searched my bag on entry went into my purse and moved my belongings around (first rule you're taught when training bag search is you can ASK the customer to show you something but you CANNOT touch their belongings - I was trained this) honestly, they were touching EVERYTHING. All surfaces/table tops were kinda sticky. One staff member was sitting at the bar just eating and vaping all night AT THE BAR. Overall it is such a nice venue, just a shame that it's highly disorganized and no one really knows what's going on.

I don’t who’s running the skip the dishes portion in the restaurant but why is that every time I order from you guys, my order ends up being cancelled due to you guys not accepting the order. Even when I phone the restaurant nobody picks up. What kind of business are you guys running? Please work on that because this is a ongoing issue. It seems the only way to get food from you guys is to dine in. Don’t even bother ordering delivery from them, it’s a waste of time. Shaking my head! This needs to be solved. Either take yourselfOff skip the dishes or change your delivery times and restaurant times on skip the dishes so folks can get their food!
