Aweseome service. Staff is very professional and they are willing to work with us on individual requests and flexibility when needed. We love coming home to our clean house. We also use them for regular spray washing of the exterior of our house and cleaning of our carpets. Excellent one stop trusted service.

Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people. I hired this company for weekly cleanings for almost a year. In that year we had late cleanings, we had workers that were speaking badly about us in Spanish (we speak Spanish too), and workers that were deliberately not cleaning areas we paid for. Rude, and one even shoved my daughter and claimed she didn’t notice. They were very jealous of our home and wealth and we couldn’t trust them around our belongings. Then on top of that they were double charging our card and took forever to refund us the fraudulent charges they put! The office is a joke and may be on it. The “owners” were always mysteriously on vacation when we demanded to talk to them for the credit card fraud they did with our card. We finally got the money back because we threaten to sue. We did file a police report for this because they originally had no plans on paying us back what they double charged us for. Don’t let them keep your card on file, if you do make the mistake of hiring them ! We are a spiritual based business and these people were like demonic entities, hence why we ultimately got them out and never let them back in. Their workers constantly quit and their prices are extremely high compared to our other cleaners. I would never recommend this place.

Due to surgery I have not been able to use my dominant lift hand for up to five months. Merry Maids came in and went right to work. Now I have a clean house and especially a clean kitchen. They are very professional young women who work well together

My mother was so pleased to have this cleaning person come to her home and clean her house. I’ve always been so satisfied with the care and attention of the cleaning teams. Yes, cleaning teams! They come in as a team and work together to get my home looking fantastic in a fraction of the time it would take one person! I love that they are swift, care about my home, and are trustworthy. I have never had any issues with Merry Maids and if I did I would feel comfortable addressing it with them.

Called merry maids 2 weeks ahead of time scheduled them to come clean my apartment for my move out. They were scheduled to be there between 9 and 11. Then they changed it from 11-1 then at 230pm I got a text saying they were there getting started and around 2:45 I got a phone call saying they had gotten sick after they finished their previous job. My money was refunded but this really put me in a bind because I had to be out the next day and I had to work and didn't have time to do the cleaning myself. All in all. Very unprofessional and offered no compromise or solutions. Very dissatisfied.

Merry Maids came out and cleaned an old farmhouse that has been empty for 2 years. The house looks, and smells, amazing! I've never used a cleaning service before but I will definitely be using Merry Maids again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
