I ordered some flowers from the UK to an address in Vancouver. They arrived on time and looking great! Beautifully presented, and Helen in customer service was really helpful with my queries. Will definitely be using their service again :)

Basic florist with very affordable prices.

I've ordered flowers from them a few times (for Administrative Professionals Day). The admin staff that's recieved flowers has always been happy with what I've ordered.

Really responsive (sent an email and got a super fast reply) and flowers delivered on agreed date and time. But I feel I did not get the flowers I asked for. I told them that I could accept some substitutions that were similar to the bouquet picture (small soft pink and white flowers), on the phone they told me that they did not have the white flowers and they were going to replace them with white roses, I agreed to that. But you can see in the other pictures that what I got where white roses and those dark pink roses, the greenery was also super different. I have to say that the bakery did a miracle with the provided flowers and the cake looked good, but I think they should have told me that they did not have the same flowers and explain to me what were the exact substitutions. Please note that when they told me that the white flowers were going to be replaced by white roses I asked them to send me a picture of what I was going to receive, the picture never arrive.

I was surprised impressed and found thr pricing to be quite reasonable. Will be back RTO support this small local business

Came here-a little bit further from home since the florist near my house closes at 5pm. You advertise that you are open til 6pm on Sundays but here I am at 450pm and doors are closed. Very disappointed.

Showed up at 10:20 am on Saturday and they were closed

My boyfriend from the Philippines ordered flowers online from City Garden Florist and had it delivered in Richmond BC. It was the best Valentine's surprise!
