I broke my phone and got a new phone from Tbooth,Jamal helped me in getting a new phone with the best deal and also helped me to port out my number to Rogers...he is very polite and knowledge ... kudos to you Jamal you are an asset to the store extremely customer centric thank you for making my day :)

Just got a new iPhone 14 today . Personally thank to Alexis and jamil For your help . Both are amazing staff easy to get along with and they listen . Not just them all staff working in that location truly amazing people. They tell customers like my self step by step and details. Environment friendly . Regina !

I had the worst experience of my life with Tbooth in Jackson Square and Fido. Store staff is unprofessional, arrogant disrespectful and totally unhelpful to the customers. They are nice to you until they get you to sign up, sale you the device and after that you are on your own. They lie to your face and after that they are making rules that do not exist. I lost my phone on Nov. 26, a Samsung Galaxy S22 and I went to this store and got another phone a Samsung Galaxy S22 plus. Jamil was the person who helped me and he assured me I have 15 days to return my phone in case I need to. I tried to call Fido that same evening to let them know I lost my phone and after 1hr and a half on hold my call was dropped and after few other trials I had to give up. I tried to call my phone insurance company Brightstar but was also no answer. Same thing happened next day on Sunday so I called Bell and switched to them. The week after I went to Tbooth in Jackson Square to return my Fido phone and I was told I can’t return it because I switched to Bell even when I was told I can within 15 days. I also found out that the insurance company I thought I had was no longer in business and I was never informed about it through a text or email. I carefully read the agreement with Fido that Jamil sent it to me by email and is absolutely nothing on that agreement to advise the customers they can’t return the phone if they decide to switch to another provider. They are making their own rules, lying to the customers so people be aware STAY AWAY FROM TBOOTH in Jackson SQUARE and STAY AWAY from FIDO. I will take them to court and make them take the phone back either they want it or not but I don’t want other people to have to deal with this situation. This TBOOTH should be closed down immediately. The only decent person in that place is Alexis. She is friendly, polite and helpful.

not satisfied I think they assume people know the majority of proper information about phone plans and billing etc, however for me I wasn't really aware as I had came in with my first phone being paid for by myself. I would've loved it they'd told me more descriptive details as to where your supposed to go to with bills (outside of the bank reference) and overall how to properly navigate a phone plan especially to young adults we don't get taught this in school so it's crucial to assume people don't know or don't know enough

After a 100% useless trip to The Source, Tbooth Wireless had everything I was looking for in my hands in under one minute. That's the sort of shopping experience I appreciate! Great selection, well stocked, thoroughly helpful and efficient, attentive service with a smile. Thank you!

Went here to get a replacement battery for an iPhone 11. Took 45 minutes. Staff were polite and helpful.

Probably the most wonderful people to deal with. I found Alexis Fisher to be very knowledgeable about the cell phone options as well as the cellular plans that best suit particular needs. Paul Turney, the manager, puts customer first. He makes sure that you have a smile on your face when you walk out of the store and confidence that you are dealing with the best in the business.

Alexis and Jamil are great employees who helped me get two brand new Iphone 14s. They also helped me fix my Ipad which was split in half. I truly recommend their service and I promise you are gonna have a great time with them.

For over a month I’ve had no data on my phone, and multiple customer service reps through virgin could not figure out the reasoning. Today, Alexis helped me with a better plan, phone, AND helped me solve the issue before leaving the store. She explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and sufficiently. I was provided with great customer service. If I need anything, I will not hesitate to go back.
