The Furnace Doctor

We hired Donald to install a fireplace in our basement. He is very transparent with us. He let us know that some of the items had already arrived and that he is still waiting on the fireplace from the manufacturer. Donald is very considerate. He knew we are basically at the drywall stage so he offered to come out to install the gas line so we could at least finish up the ceiling and not have to wait on the fireplace! He has great attention to detail. He saw that we are putting up Rockwool insulation in the ceiling so he put the gas line high enough so it doesn't get in the way of the insulation! He is knowledgeable of other trades. He explained the process of drilling through the ICF foundation and the company that would come and drill a larger hole from his landmarks for the fireplace venting. He's not wasteful. He told us we had more than enough gas line left if we ever wanted to hook up our BBQ in the future. We look forward to working with him when the fireplace comes in and for any future HVAC needs!

Don Betz performed an annual maintenace on our Navien Boiler and Air Exchange. He did an excellent job and is a great communicator and teacher. He is doing the same service for multiple units in our condo facility. We will be scheduling Don for the annual AC maintenance in the spring, in addition to the annual Navien boiler and Air Exchange appointment each November.

Donald installed a new mini-split heat pump system at our home. He was knowledgeable and very thorough in the work completed. Will definitely be calling the furnace doctor again for any hvac issues that might arise... Thank you Donald!!
