Decent place the prices are not that great sometimes pay more then what they are worthe and if you pay close attention you can tell they bid on there own things and then Noone with common sense keeps bidding and then next week you see the same things and they pull the same stunt again the whole point of auctions is to get things as a deal and quite often it's not the case so keep a watchful eye on these guys and the price of the used items they sell

Picked up some good things here, so I know everything is sold as is with the auction and so on, I bought a massage gun advertised new in box and it doesn't even work, like I said I don't expect you guys to do anything about it as an auction house but now I'm out 100 bucks with a paperweight, if something does not work, ADVERTISE IT AS SO PLEASE

Auction Depot is the best Auction house in Calgary. I have been a customer since 2007 (for 14 years) and found Jim and Cory and the staff to be honest, conscientious and hard working. They do their best to get to know their customers and have a good rapport with each person. They also provide great customer service and make sure the customer is satisfied. As with any auction, the buyer needs to be aware of what he or she is purchasing. Jim, Cory, and the staff do their best to accurately present the merchandise.

I just recently started bidding on auctions and I can't stop..very amazing things I've gotten so far . recently I bid on a Jetson haze electric bike and when i picked it up it was so so brand new..didn't even make it home and few people wanted to buy it off me...try this place..you can bid online..so easy..

First of all it's a hit and miss with the items.Please make sure to due your due diligence and verify the merchandise you are bidding on.I've been lucky where I bought some excellent quality items and at times failed. It's the auction game. you have to be careful not to bid on an item sight unseen.otherwise they are a bunch of great people and Actions are always exciting.

It is true, you can get very good deals but when you have a complaint Jim doesn't call you back. At one time he would return broken things but not anymore. He said he advertises. As is" at the beginning of each online auction which is true.That is a terrible excuse to sell broken things. I said I won't participate in his auction anymore

Shadiest auction in calgary. Have been coming here for years but since covid happened they showed their real colours. Won’t allow people to visit the shop to look at products so when I called to inquire about a dryer they straight up lied when I asked for as much info as possible. Said they couldn’t test it because they don’t have a 220V plug at their commercial warehouse which I know is a blatant lie as I’m an electrician. Anyways I purchased the dryer and of course it produced no heat. They clearly didn’t want to disclose it. At graham auction on Saturday’s they atleast are honest and test their stuff and give you an honest answer in the listing if it’s running, or if there is an issue they tell you what it is. Save your money for Saturday auctions, these guys have went downhill fast!

I like Auction depot there are very friendly and honest but They should extend their hours for pick up myself I'm working until 3:30 and can't get their 3pm before there closing time

Lots of interesting items- lots of unique things but also items you will recognize from popular retailers. Highly recommend the jewelry, especially the appraised pieces. Had some concerns about one item I got, but Jim was exception in his customer service and understanding. I felt like I was valued as a customer and, I am looking forward to shopping in the future and finding more treasures!

This auction is OK. I'm very leery of buying things here, especially anything electrical.I've had some amazing deals and some really huge let downs. So if you like to take risks then you can do well here.The owners are quite unfriendly but are OK.Not my favorite place to do business, although I have never had any issues here other than buying too many flops.
