Poor process. I emailed the therapist I was interested in working with, only to have her email me back and tell me to call the admin to book a phone consultation. I called the admin, my information was collected and I was told the therapist would call me to book a consultation. It’s been weeks and I have heard nothing. Perhaps removing the admin from the equation and just booking the consultation from the first contact would result in people not getting lost.

I am very impressed with their compassion and expertise. The therapists all seem highly trained and I am especially impressed with direct neurofeedback.
