They barely cooked my meat (buffalo chicken) so it was still cold on the inside. They also didn’t even scrape the grill, which was absolutely covered in charred bits (if I had noticed this before purchase I wouldn’t have even bought anything). Asked for my pita toasted and they put it on for such a short time it didn’t even fully warm the bread. So incredibly disappointed. I didn’t feel good about eating it so I threw it away. If they can’t even properly make a very basic pita or scrape a grill I don’t trust them to follow food safety protocol properly.

I don’t bother writing reviews for places like this, but I had to this time. It was alarmingly filthy, particularly the bathroom and the counters where the garbage / recycling was. It made my sad, overpriced food feel even less appetizing. Please clean your store.

I’ve always loved the pita pit (and worked at the pita pit for many years) but I had a weird experience here tonight. I went in to order a wrap and asked to use the washroom and they said there were no washrooms. I was like “oh, that must be new because there usually is” and they were like “we don’t even have a washroom to use” which honestly seems illegal to not offer your employees a washroom. Food is adequate but I also noticed that it didn’t look as clean as it had previously.

You can find better sanitation at your local Porta-Potty on a hot summer day!If food safety is your thing, you may not want to eat here! While my wrap was being made, I couldn’t help noticing the filthy grill, crusty handles, and brown veggies which look a few weeks old.While I understand sometimes there isn’t time to clean on a busy day, we were the first customers at 11:00 AM.This place clearly has not been cleaned in months. Someone will likely be killed or severely sick from eating here if the standards to not change.After contacting management with photos of their mess, they explained they will clean and improve training. I am willing to re-Try in the near future to see if standards have changed.

Overpriced, 20 dollars for a salad is a little steep. I would of felt better about it if the salad was awesome.....but it was not. It's okay. Rip off
