Awesome service baught a used trailer Before delivering it to me they made it look brand new .they chainged the bearing just in case etch.Very satisfied .The price was very fair

Went in Christmas Eve 1145 the girl behind the counter told me they were getting ready to call it a day before the holidays . I asked about a trailer for a atv I had got for my gf . In no time she sent a guy over to help me find 1 went out to the yard and showed me around found what I needed them 3 other guys jumped right in and got it ready for me . All had smiles and were very nice to deal with and treated me like they really wanted my business . I have no trouble paying when I’m treated the way they treated me . So I think I found my new trailer place . I do go through a lot of of trailers . So thanks guys and girls and merry Christmas you made mine and my gf a very memorable 1

Trailer lights were malfunctioning. My SUV had a blown fuse in an area not described in my owner's manual and the technician found it in short order. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price.

Very cheerfull/Customer service was great. Excellent job. Were ready with he right parts. Installed hitch and brake controller. Clean job. Would return if I ever need another hitch assembly.

The good: installation seems good and service was friendly and polite.The bad: Quote was missing a part, as a result the cost ended up being $100 more. Trimming of the bumper around the hitch is not clean, straight or sized well.

The crew at L'expert de la remorque went beyond the call of duty to help me fix a trailer where the shock absorber has detached and needed to be soldered back. Even though they were booked solid, they helped me out because I was from Montreal and I couldn't leave the trailer overnight. Thank you again.
