Good selection of higher end outdoor equipment. Staff is always very friendly, extremely helpful when needed, and also know enough to leave you alone if you're just in for some browsing. Their semi annual 60/40 Sale is a great chance for incredible savings, and shouldn't be missed!

Hands down the best retail experience I have ever encountered. Knowledgable, friendly, sell you things for you, not them.Nothing but amazing things to say about this place and the staff. For years I have driven past this place looking at the canoes and never went in. Do yourself a favour and instead of driving by, stop in and say hello. You'd be surprised what they have in there for you. Thanks again Fresh Air Experience, you really live up to the name. I'll be a customer for many years.

Great, local store that sells good quality items and stands by those items. Whether it be replacing a zipper on a 5 year old jacket or repairing a binding on 10 year old snowshoes, this store stands behind what it sells. Thank you to Trevor and his staff for the amazing service!

Always friendly and helpful. A great place for outdoor gear! I always find their staff to be very knowledgeable and they do not upsell nor are they pushy. They are my first stop for outdoor gear! I also love that they do rentals of outdoor equipment as well!

The owner/manager went above and beyond to order us an OBrien part ( Obrien did not respond to our inquiry) then offered to drop it off at our house as we lived in the same area. Amazing amazing service.

Went in for a new canoe and all the required equipment to go with it. James was extremely knowledgable & walked me through every piece of equipment. Shop had a great selection of Canadian made products as well!He also took the extra time to help me load & secure the canoe to my vehicle & also how to properly lift and portage.Very happy with the entire experience.
