This is bar none the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff are so very friendly and courteous, the place is bright spacious and clean !! Lots of parking easy access in and out. I’d fully recommend this place to anyone who wants a vet team who know there stuff !! They truly care. Follow up calls to make sure my pet was doing ok and everything. The customer service experience is fantastic. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work !

Terrible experience with the receptionist. The Vets there are fantastic but to get to see them you need to go through an unsympathetic receptionist.

They are simply awesome. Reasonable rates and for my pets.....the only place to go.They don't nickle and dime you and try to bill for unnecessary things when not required....so so so recommend them.

If I could go to a Veterinarian rather than a family Doctor, I would go here!Why?, Fun fact #1 FROG will ensure the highest level of quality care possible for your pet.#2 Dr. Kelly doesn't hesitate to sit on the floor to get down to your pets eye level..the examination table is just an option :)#3 Everyone that works there has a pet..seriously, chickens, minis, goldens..it a virtual Noah's Ark!!#5 It's rumored that one of the technicians is an amazing dog obedience trainer, although, I think it's extends to humans too, I haven't chased the mailman in months#5 Definitely not a fun fact but a necessary one. When it comes to the hard end of life decision, Dr. Kelly is the most caring, kind and compassionate soul. She held my boy Frank long after he had passed, and let me exit through the side door so no one had to see me ugly cry.In all seriousness, EVERYONE that works there is amazing, they care for your pet and your person.

I never have an issue. Vets take research to find the right one and with Dr. Abbate I have the right Vet!

A money making operation first and last.Last year they tried to upsell me on tick medication for $30/month. I declined.In February this year, they tried to charge me $2500 for unnecessary dental work on my doodle.In June of this year, he suddenly became very sick one night. I took him in first thing in the morning. I had to carry him (80lbs). Tears were streaming down my face. I begged someone to look at him. Finally someone did. They checked him over for five minutes. then told me to take him to the emergency vet clinic in Saint John - and then promptly charged me over $100.00. Five minutes!When I took him to the emergency clinic, I found out he had an undiagnosed tumor that ruptured his spleen. He died in my arms.If I could give zero stars, I would.Find a vet that actually cares about you and your pet.

I was looking to move to Yellowknife. I was almost sure my dog was to old and high strung to fly especially small planes. Every other Vet refused to answer me unless I paid them for a consult and physical. These guys answered my questions and were very very kind. I appreciate it so much thank you!

Dr Ann Gillis is the best veterinarian I ever known. So professional and ethical. Helped my dogs many times. The staff members at KV Animal Hospital are the best as well. Highly recommend their services.
