HUGE variety of costumes and accessories! The ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful. The little dogs were cute and well behaved.No matter your costume needs, I bet they have what you're looking for. Maybe something even better than you thought.

Good selection, somewhat helpful staff, and convenient hours so that's where the 2 stars are coming from. The rest was just an overall frustrating experience - even after leaving. My boyfriend and I paid $200 for costumes and mine fell apart throughout the night. Buttons came off of my gloves, holes showed up in the finger part of the gloves, fabric on the dress was ripped in places it shouldn't have. I suspect it was ripped or had holes in it when I bought it and I just didn't notice. Generally speaking, the quality of the costumes were low-quality and WAY overpriced. Finding the costumes was really tricky too since there seems to be no rhyme or reason for where things are. The place is packed with stuff so it's tough to navigate, especially when there's a crowd. And when there was a crowd, I overheard one of them rushing people to pick a costume as there were too many people. Their policies were also really confusing and weren't followed by when it came time to pay. We'll be looking elsewhere next year.

My 13 year old son and I were attending a 60th birthday party...1940s style...and had to rent him a costume. We were thrilled with the result, assisted masterfully by the team here and will definitely be back for our next big event. Thanks again!:)

This is the place to go for party stuff and costumes. Brenda loves this stuff. Her selection is huge. She has the experience and the know-how to make or design just about any kind of costume or prop. Service is #1. Good deals too.

They have so much great stuff that's a collection from a lot of years of love. This is not your chain costume store like Spirit or the rest. I got to speak with the owner at length about her years of costume making. I'm sure she knows where everything is hidden in her 4000 square ft gem of a costume store. Places like this will be missed. Keep up the great work.

Brenda the owner was so helpful and went above and beyond in getting me all set up for my party and I found exactly what I was searching for! Prices are very reasonable and there’s tons of stock for every possible costume! Highly recommend it! Check it out and bring your friends!

This store is AWESOME! There’s so many costumes and unique accessories. I was in there today finding armor/accessories for larp. I came across these pauldrons and chestguard that I really liked but it didn’t fit me. The owner of the shop is so artistic and helped adjust the armor to fit me. It was a great deal and the owner and her dogs are so lovely.

My boyfriend and I went in looking for masquerade masks for an event. The shop owner was very helpful and showed us lots of masks to try on. She even modified one for my bf. We ended up getting a couples masks, a bowtie and suspenders! And she even had three little dogs that were super cute!

Wow!! What a hidden GEM! I had no idea there was a costume store so close to where I work (near Metrotown). What an awesome customer service experience!! Brenda was soooo helpful. I can imagine her level of service would be hard to maintain during a busy hallowe'en season. But, on this weekday after work it was amazing. I could not believe how many costumes and accessories she had. You can purchase or rent. I gave her a list of what I wanted and she took me around and showed me the options. There is so much packed into her space - you are far better off to go with a list and ask for help to find what you need. You will need to ring a doorbell to get in when you arrive...just read the notes on the door as they explain what to do.
