The staff are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating! The gentleman who was helping me went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed to move that night. I will never forget my experience and strongly suggest this location.

One star too generous.I have lived in embrun/russell for 13 years wonderful place and the service is exceptionel except for this place lol. Maybe because we were 2 women renting a truck for few hours seemed to trouble the guy that served us.When asked I uploaded my drivers license and then he needed to text my wife (she was there in person with me by the way) and wanted to confirm my identity?My wife didn't have her phone with her but she had her IDS. This guy made it complicated to rent his truck belittling me due to my drivers not being renewed. Like hello we are in pandemic and they told us not to go to service ontario. Just awful service

Good guy to deal with. Helped us after UHAUL totally messed out reservations and failed to help us. Rental Eq is in good condition. The store inside is a bit thinned out with empty shelves and very low on stock. I'd call here directly for a rental next time VS wasting time with UHAUL helpline.

As i had choices of locations, i booked online at the Russell U-Haul, for a trailer. When my husband got there he was told, the trailer we wanted is not available at the Russell location. He was sent to Metcalf/Ottawa. Very big diference in location. We did not get a call the night before to let us know diferent from our booking. I would of preffered St-Albert but that location did tell me online that the requested trailer was not available. My other options were Vars and Casselman. I even had a friend willing to lend me his trailer from St-Isidore. I refused as Russell was closer. But Metlcalf is totally out of our way. Distance and location for rental was more an issue concidering my husband works nights. This extra driving cut his sleep very short and will make his shift tonight very long. Not to happy with UHaul at the moment. Its the first time with UHaul, i figured it was easier to just rent. I would of planned diferent knowing a 30 minute extra drive was added to our schedule.

The place was dirty and unorganized but the man working there was very nice and helpful! He came right outside when we arrived and took over and was fast with checkout. I feel like the state of the store was acceptable for the area, rugged country-esque living. Would go to him again if I need a u-haul for sure!

Horrible service, worst U-haul experience I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed with this location.

Excellent service from the two guys working there. I don't remember their names but they fixed my issue with another U-Haul location promptly.

Excellent and friendly service with a smooth process! The truck and trailer were very clean too. I'll definitely rent from here again.
