So happy I found this gem! Debbi is amazing, so knowledgeable and her spa is so cozy and charming with all around good vibes.

I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Debbi. It was absolutely incredible, her skill in facial relaxation is absolutely phenomenal. The massage in the facial was the best I have ever had. Her knowledge of the products and her love for them, was clear she has a passion and love for her career. She truly and deeply cares about her clients and the results they have after the facial and at home as well. I recommend going and seeing Debbi and enjoying the picturesque spa, the fantastic tree in the middle of the relaxation room is true Muskoka charm. Being able to just let go and enjoy such a beautiful chic spa is absolutely incredible.

Awful experience. I had lined up a sitter for my 5 month old for a massage with my mom as a gift from husband to treat me after many sleepness nights with our (adorable but difficult!) son. We booked well in advance to make sure we had someone to watch him and then received a call the night before letting us know that they were no longer able to do the massages... no apologies... they just cancelled.. we rescheduled for another day... fast forward and we realized the day before that we weren't going to be able to attend as our sitter fell through so i made sure to call before the 24 hour cancellation time... no one answered the phone the first few times i called... finally i left a voicemail and learned from the answering machine that they were on an off-site... i left a detailed message saying i'd need to move out the massages and asked that someone please call me back to confirm they'd received this message... nobody called and they charged me the full amount for both massages!!! super super disappointing ending to what was supposed to be a nice hour away with my mother and i..
