I took two pairs of pants in to be altered and no fault of his own I forgot to tell him I had one leg longer than the other, so when I got home they looked ridiculous, I took them back and he fixed them, very professional, very nice and reasonable prices. Thankyou for good service.

Had have a last minute alteration done to a pair of dress pants.They were able to get them done within a couple days, price was extremely reasonable and the quality of the alteration was perfection.

I found him to be very rude, almost as if he was doing me a favor for letting him hem my pants instead of being thankful for the business, I'd rather drive to Windsor than use his services again, two pair of pants 40 dollars felt over charged.

I find some of these comments upsetting. My wife Angela and I have been customers for more than 10 years. In all the times we've brought clothing to be altered or repaired we have never been treated rudely. Instead we are greeted in a professional, kind and honest manner. We always get our clothing back quickly with careful attention to the details involved. Whenever we purchase a suit or dress from a store which offers free alterations, we end up bringing these articles of clothing to Fashion Tailor to have them repaired and/or redone properly. This tailor has a thorough knowledge of his craft and should be trusted with the respect that he knows what he's doing. I find he's worth a lot more than what he charges for his excellent service.

Wrecked and ripped the fabric of my wife’s dress. Said it was like that when she brought it in. Denied completely that it was him, even though it was brand new.

The guy who works here is extremely rude. My husband asked to get his suit taken in (he lost alot of weight) and he told him 5 days wasnt enough time. My husband asked if he had any ideas on where he could go and and he said “go google it.” We understand if it wasn’t enough time but he was so rude, we will never go here again.

Vary Rude. Would not alter the item I brought in. He stated I should bring my dress to an old woman who sits at home all day with nothing better to do because it was alot of work.""

Definitely pricey and a little rude, but he is the only show in town, and pretty quick too.

Thanks to everything being last minute we had under a week when my daughters dress came in. Very long and top was just too big. Iman took us the next day. He was simply amazing. Very professional and instead of all the work we thought it needed he showed us exactly what we wanted. We brought it on Friday and it was ready on the Monday. We are customers for life now. Thank you for saving the day in this already horrible year for my graduate.
