Mike from Firefly Gas Services did a fine job servicing my gas fireplace.However, I was disappointed with his failure to wear a mask like I askedhim to before he even entered my apartment building.Taking the mask off during the entire time he was carrying out the servicing in my apartment is not excusable. He only wore the mask while walking in and out of the unit. I don’t appreciate the disrespect for my home and health. I hope he learns from this.

We have had Mike look after our gas fireplaces for 7 years. Always good work, always cleans up and friendly. Reasonable rates. Top notch overall. Couldnt ask for more.
