I have sent my passport on 2nd January and Cpc has received my passport on 4th Jan 2023 still there is no update on my profile. Even I have tried all the way to contact then by call as well as email but no response. Can I just get to know that what they are doing with my passport plz sent my passport back with stamp I’m having flight on 8th Feb I’m waiting for my passport from 3-4 weeks. Guys if anyone has any clue plz help me out

What can I say that everyone else has not mentioned yet. After 4 months of wait, they lost my application, no tracks of it, just vanished. Not surprised, they did it for my daughter, took them 4 years to solve, violating the child's basic human rights. Sometimes I feel like we are not a developed nation at all, sad story to have such institutions.

I submitted my passport on Dec 17,2023 for TRV to CPC Ottawa and received email as application has been approved and passport stamped through gc key on Jan 10,2023 but still didn’t receive my passport back. Tried to call but there’s no one to pickup the call. Worst service and really need to improve.

Applied for stamp,, received passport request after 1 month, sent my passport as i had my flight, no response. called them unlimited times no response. I changed my flight 3 times, the time limit was passed and then I contacted MP and even then i did not receive my passport . Anybody want to feel what the worst feeling in this world is just come to canada and apply for any immigration service you will get to know. Worst WORST SERVICE…..

Worst Government Office in the WorldWe sent our passports to this very office on Aug 29th, 2022 to finalize our PR applicationWe have not received a single response on the status of the passports since 5+ months.We have tried to send 10+ webforms to this IRCC office and all we get is stupid generic responses.Our story: Final Stage of PR request for passports in Aug 2022. We sent our passports to this very office to on Aug 29th, 2022It’s Feb 6th, 2023 5+ months no news on our passports!

Worst management worst service. Its a way to collect immigrants hard work money without doing anything. My friend waiting for his passport and he booked his ticket already because of health issues. They are giving stress to those people who already not feeling well. Please canada immigration minister do something if you can’t handle situations then stop calling people.

I have submmited my passport on 18 Dec but i tired to them through calls and emails, Nobody is responding over there , today was my flight and i cancelled that too , Still i’m not sure when i will get my Passport and i have urgently need . Please let me know if anybody know about the process they take , it would really appricated.

They have my passport for 2 months now. I have tried all the possible ways to communicate with them but no body is responding. All the steps and suggested path on ircc website for support I used but they don’t care about it all.on website they says they will keep passport for 14 calendar days but now it is 42 calendar days.Most in responsible and unethical department ever I have seen.

I have sent my passport on 17th of December, they stamped it on 12th of January but still they haven’t send it back. Please send my passport back or either reply back if there’s some kind of issue. I have a flight to catch on 27th January.
