I highly recommend this company!I am extremely impressed with the customer service and honesty of this company. I contacted them about a problem I was having with my HP printer and left a message on their voice mail. Later that day a person by the name of Oliver followed up with me and provided me with detailed information on how I may fix the problem or try to use the equipment. He did not try to sell me his services, but simply provided me with information and the best assistance I have received from any company. His recommendation was to get something new even though he could have gotten me the parts and do charge for the repairs.am a small business owner myself, and I understand the integrity and honesty it takes to provide excellent service for free.Take your business to this company.

Oliver is amazing. I called him this morning to ask about whether he can fix my printer. He guided me over the phone and was able to fix my printer via direction for FREE. This man is an amazing human. He saved us so much money. Thank you Oliver.

If I can give this business a 10 star, I would. I had a problem with my HP m254dw laser printer today, and called in to ask him about it. A man helped me over the phone (sorry I did not catch his name) - he was very professional, and suggested that the problem actually came from the use of non OEM cartridges. He then took the extra step of guiding me over the phone on what he thinks would fix the problem (... and it did!). All this, without charging me a single penny.This is really what every single business out there should be doing in terms of service.It is absolutely phenomenal. I would drive there whenever I have any problems with my printer / need to buy supplies. Thanks for your help!

Oliver is very professional. He was very kind and very patient to help me find the cause of the problem step by step, and solved the problem, just by phone. Highly recommended him if you have any questions about your printer.

Phenomenal service. I called to ask if he could repair my Canon printer. After inquiring about the model and problem, he told me the part wasn't available, but provided suggestions on printers I could purchase, that will allow me to reuse my cartridges.He also gave me a lot of advice (after I asked) on automatic double sided printers, laser printers that are low on maintenance, and ink jet color cartridges.All this for a prospect that he knew he wasn't going to make any money from in the short term.I'm definitely driving extra miles to his store if I need this service in the future.

I had printer problems and emailed this company through the website. I was assisted by Oliver Huang. He was very responsive and detailed throughout and was able to help me solve the problem through email. I did not pay anything for the service so I am writing this review just to show my great appreciation for the help. Really recommend this company for any needs regarding printers, etc...
