I have been affiliated with Heather for a long time in a personal context as well as a professional context. My professional context relates to my position as Manager of Social Work and Attendance for the Toronto District School Board, Learning Center 1. Heather has worked with my department as a masters level student. Her supervisors indicate that she was excellent at all levels of her work. She is warm, understanding, non judgemental and genuinely caring about the wellbeing of all she comes in contact with. She is very willing to give the very hard messages that is necessary to the clients best interest and wellbeing.
