My family and I ordered a 200$ premium funeral arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered by 2 o’clock on Thursday. On Wednesday, this was confirmed. At 2:10, when it still hadn’t arrived I had to call and find out delivery truck just left and they’d miss the first viewing time. When it finally arrived it was half the size of the same bouquet ordered from another family member! 4 roses for 200$! When we called to complain, they refused to let us email photos and tried to tell us the bouquets were identical, even though we aren’t blind and could clearly see they aren’t. All they’d offer was to reimburse us for the delivery fee. We are furious and are telling everyone never to bother ordering from them again.Response: this is an arrangement purchased by myself and my three siblings and I can assure you my sister, Emily, is no more happy or understanding about this than I am. She didn’t make a fuss when SHE called you about the late delivery because we were at our uncle’s funeral where our attention should have been on grieving with family rather than dealing with your mistake. Thank you for the 60$ discount Randy had to argue to receive, but this isn’t about the money. If you say you value customer satisfaction then we’d like someone to own up to the fact that a mistake was made in a situation that was too important for mistakes. Our arrangement wasn’t smaller because of the plaque as the other arrangement also had the plaque in addition to the dozen roses and other assorted flowers. Ours was nothing short of a rushed catastrophe and I’d like someone to have the decency to own up to it rather than continue to gas light us.

I purchased a bouquet for my Mom's birthday and they were disappointingly small. The bouquet was very nicely arranged, but this is what a $100 will get you. Delivered on time, and nice colours. I guess everything is more expensive these days.I wanted to add that the Team at Karen's flowers have excellent customer service, so I wanted to increase the 3 star review to a 4 star. They were very communicative after my review and offered to remedy the situation. Very quick response and helpful.

Do not trust their online photos! The actual flowers are better than I could have imagined! I ordered blue roses, as it was the only request from my sister as her graduation flowers. I searched other Toronto based flower shops and ordered from Karen as the photos looked the least faded. I received the flowers and it was actually blue. I mean think Instagram blue no filters needed. Thank you Karen and team!

Floral arrangements were ordered for a delivery for a corporate event before 4pm. As I arrived on-site around 3pm, the flowers were already delivered and looked amazing!

I received flowers two days in a row from Karen’s Flower Shop, in sympathy for my husband’s passing. I received the orchid and succulents and I also received a cut bouquet. They’re both absolutely beautiful. They are bright, uplifting and they are so fragrant. Just brightened up my day. The delivery was smooth and they were so happy and polite. I can’t comment on the order process but their products are amazing. I will order from them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Kim and her team were so incredible in helping plan florals for our June wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were to die for, and the bud vases we picked out the day before were cost effective and beautiful. They had such a great variety of flowers to choose from and Kim went the extra mile to make sure the ones I loved were in stock. They were responsive and always super lovely to interact with. Thanks to them for making our day so special!!
