Best customer service! always helpful, knows their stuff! We were super unsure of what we wanted and Pinky was always willing to price out any decision changes and give us info and advice. They have all styles and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing service, high quality material, and really good prices, I love this place. We baught couches from here almost 10 years ago and we'll probably have them for another 10 years. Their furniture looks good and is long lasting. Plus, most of their furniture is customizable!! I haven't seen this anywhere else. Color, fabric/leather, add cristals or buttons, even extending pr shortening length and width. Truly a hidden gem.

Im finding furniture stores dont really care anymore about sales practises any longer....i walk into this store and there is one sales lady did not even acknowledge my presence. As i walked through the store i started to realize that 70 percent of their store did not list pricing and some select items did. When i asked her about their pricing strategy she asked me which one ...i couldnt help but say all of them... i guess that wasnt the answer ahe was looking for and she became irratable...

My new chairs arrived yesterday and are even better than I'd hoped. Sales staff were very accommodating as was the manufacturer. Delivery staff did a great job.

Cozy furniture definitely fabulous store. Great modern furniture with reasonable price and quality. I had a very good experience buying my bedroom sets from Cozy furniture.I received great service, helpful, informative, kind, and patient with us throughout my visit. Furniture all arrived before the delivery time with no issues whatsoever, and the delivery guys were great. Very happy with the quality for the prices that I got. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again for the great experience! A+++
