Went in for a quick lunch break and had a super easy and great time here. The staff member who helped me was very kind and my food was made super quick! It’s great that the lobby is open now!

Always enjoy the food here, sooo good. Tried the breakfast today and think I’m gonna be full for the entire day, so filling and delicious!! The guy working was kind and friendly. Awesome service and delicious food. Will be back!!

So i ordered cheese fires with bacon, but there was very little cheese on it and only 4 little pieces of bacon on top. the salad was not great as well. the staff starred at you and was not polite, no smiles, no welcome to wendys, they dont take coupons and the prices are soo rediculous, a family can't afford to eat there unless you take out a loan...never going back

Literally messed up every single item in my order. I ordered a kids hamburger meal specifically asking no cheese because my child has a dairy allergy, and the put cheese all over it. I then ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and they didn’t put half of the ingredients it’s supposed to come with. Very disappointing.

We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. We didn’t get the fries and the burgers all 4 were horrible. The spicy chicken burgers had NO tomato, 1 piece of lettuce that looked like a month old and maybe 1 dollop of mayo. The cheeseburger was old and dry with no condiments. The meal was horrible, spend your $30 somewhere else.

Ordered 3 days ago got a daves single withoit veggies, a bacon poutine a large drink and 2 orders of nuggets. The nuggets were undercooked and gave me food poisoning and the bacon poutine didn't have a lot of bacon on it and the burger had veggies on it. Food still tasted good (except for nuggets which I had to throw out) just disappointed with the quantity of bacon and the lack of attention paid to the customization of the burger.

I've eaten here many times since they opened and have been very happy every time, that is, until this morning around 8:45 am.I ordered the breakfast baconator combo, as I have done many many times before, and today I had my first disappointment with the food, the breakfast potatoes were cold and chewy like they were old and left long under a heat lamp, was unable to eat 2/3 of them.The sausage patty on the sandwich was also dried out as if left longer than normal after being cooked and I'm only comparing the food to the usual hot and super fresh food I usually get from this location.I hope this was just a single unfortunate event as the Wendy's food is the best of its kind in town.

Went in at 12:30, 1 cash register, so very slow service. Cashier couldn't get my name right even though I spelled it out twice. I got my order and left to come home to eat. I ordered a grilled ceasar salad, chicken fingers, and a large lemonade. I opened the bag up to find my salad, my dipping sauce(s), and 3 yes, I said 3 chicken fingers, 1 of which was actually broken, and that piece was missing. So, $7.29 for again 3 chicken fingers. I was p*^#ed, I was going to take it back, but why waste the gas. This is not on. the total order was over $22. Rip off, hire people that pay attention to what's going on.UPDATE.....It has been well over a month and no response from anyone in the Wendy's chain.... So this tells me no one in the Wendy's franchise cares about the service or quality of the menu or services offered. Shame... at one time Wendy's was one of my favorite restaurant chains. Their meals were a great deal, with quality and quantity going hand in hand, now the only hand is the greed reaching for your $'s. Shame...
