I wish no star but at least 1 star has to indicate, this location pharmacist lady was super rude attitude at the beginning of conversation. Cancelled previous refill without noticing as well as educate client by used her own discretion. Check out without scan points card because she forgot but told me prescription does Not need to scan!! Such a well prepare high educated pharmacist lady!! I can also see she showed attitude to her staff too but staff nice to client!! Come to this pharmacy it is great chance to learn prefill prescription and also see this bossy pharmacist.

The pharmacist and the team are amazing! They’re patient! I got my flu shot here and the pharmacist was so patient and kind. The team was a busy but it was understandable. Thank you Rexall team at Copper Creek!

I’ve been here twice. Now prior to my most recent visit, I was here last in 2018 which I can’t remember my experience to be honest.This time, I wasn’t super impressed. I choose here because shoppers tends to slack these days, they didn’t have the meds and weren’t sure when they would. I was impressed with the items that the store had, things you normally don’t see elsewhere which was lovely.Service at the pharmacy wise? Not impressed. I had two bottles of antibiotics and these in particular need to have a syringe with an insert for pulling the dose up. They gave my one syringe and once I pushed it into the first bottle it was stuck there. Normally I get another syringe for the next bottle. With this I had to pull and pry off the insert almost breaking it. Will I go back? Likely not. Why?Same mediocre service as shoppers and wait time exceeded what I was told because another “angry customer” decided to walk in and take priority.

This pharmacy and pharmacists are not very nice and the pharmacy chaotic, I believe they have a new system, the pharmacists don't seem very positive with their staff.. I've never seen more negative professionals with staff then at this pharmacy. Its almost like the staff are second class citizens, however, they are THE most helpful.. I know you're educated and have doctorates. However .. honestly, we are all people and deserve dignified responses, respect and civility!! I see how you treat your assistants.. disappointingly.. please be supportive to your patients also.. your empathy and time given to people is invaluable .

I’ve been going to Rexall for many years and the only reason I stay is for the one pharmacist Shelina. She is by far the best and most knowledgeable person I’ve met. However, everyone else there seems to be out to lunch. The countless times other pharmacists would tell me a medication would be there, I would go in, not available. I’ve also had another medication in one of my prescriptions. I’ve had it I’m with this pharmacy and now I will be switching since again, I’m waiting for prescriptions that should be here and are not and one of them they only have a few. I’m done!!!

This review is for the Canada Post inside Rexall - I went in to try to get a parcel mailed and my goodness, the woman (Julia, her name tag says) who works there is MISERABLE. I walked in and picked up an envelope trying to confirm if something would fit through letter mail. She right away looked at me annoying and said “No” without even asking what I was mailing. I then commented that in the past, things would have fit and was about to ask if there was a new policy but then she snapped back immediately and said, “Well, if you already know, then why are you even asking?”I’ve honestly never met someone as miserable as her. It’s not like she was overwhelmed with a bunch of people. I was literally the ONLY person there. And yet, she was so extremely rude. I will be also making a formal complaint about her with Canada Post as well. Never again will I go to this Canada Post location knowing there’s an angry bulldog who works there.

Pharmacy lady is nice but the white cashier lady at the front counter is totally unprofessional and rude. We bought some items and paid at the pharmacy but while leaving we remembered few more items which we picked up and went to pay at the front counter after paying this lady asked us whether we have paid for the other items we said yes we did at the pharmacy, she said in a rude tone that she need to see the receipt we were little surprised but showed her the receipt and didn’t even apologize. I think she is a habitual shoplifter and she thinks others the same way. Felt insulted and definitely not going back to this store again.

You would think a big branded pharmacy would have its act together, but it doesn't. I've gone in 5 times (when I only needed to go in 3 times) and each time there's been a new issue.First time, my prescription was not filled on time, and I was told to 'come back later'.Second time, my prescription just didn't arrive, even though the other side had confirmed they used the same procedure and efaxed it twice and had confirmation. Didn't know technology worked that way. I once again was told to come back later (this time it was filled 30min later)The last time I went in (3 days after it was suppose to be filled) I was given half my prescription without any explanation and sent my way. Later realizing the second part of the meds I need for my complete prescription is missing. Upon going back, I was told, they don't have it and I should ... you guessed it come back later -- we will call you" no apology for not filling half my prescription or even letting me know they are only filling half of it. Or ever even calling to let me know its filled at all.I am now 4 days in

This is my favorite pharmacy! When I used to live in the Boxgrove area, this Rexall is in a fantastic location to Longos - great quick walk over. Staff (pharmacy, retail and postal) are always so helpful and if you go at the right time, great discount items in candies, cosmetics and vitamins. Even though I moved and easily can go to Shopper's down the street, I still choose to come here for my pharmacy needs as the pharmacists here take the time to explain my meds and attentive to my needs. ♥️

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Submitted a prescription and they literally gave me the wrong medicine. I noticed in my car and went back in and got attitude and excuses... Like it's my fault they gave me the wrong medicine ... 2 hrs wasted and worst customer service ever.. go elsewhere and don't deal with these people
