御牛堂 Uno Beef Noodle
It’s rare to come across a place that is so highly talked about and actually lives up to the expectation! The beef noodle soup was delicious; the noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth was just right, and the pieces of meat were very tender. Even better than the noodles were their appetizers/sides. We got the fried squid and the pork and veg dumpling in chilli sauce, both of which I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back here more often to try the rest of their dishes!

One of the better beef noodle soup places in Vancouver. I got the spicy beef noodle and it was just the right level of spice for me and blends with the soup really well. You also get to choose between 5 types of noodle which other beef noodle places typically don't let you do. Portions are just right as well. Also they have probably one of the biggest spoons I've ever seen from a noodle restaurant lol it's massive

Delicious beef noodle soup place with generous portions and great broth. It doesn't taste like straight soy sauce and there was a lot of umami. We tried the wide noodles and ramen noodles and they both had great texture. The popcorn chicken was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. The koushuiji (mouthwatering chicken) is a cold chicken dish, no bones (which we loved) and surprisingly spicy. I would say this place isn't shy about their spice so be prepared if you order it.-1 because we ordered the steak noodle soup and the steak was pretty tough. It was peppery and flavourful but the texture made it not worth the price.I enjoyed the online ordering experience (don't have to flag down a server) and the food came pretty quickly. Servers were responsive.The restaurant is clean but small. I highly recommend using their waitlist feature prior to arrival and also to register your license plate if you park in the back.

Waited for an hour to have dine in but it was disappointing.Only suitable for people loving heavy taste. Intestines and brown sugar bubble pearl milk taste good. However, the food are too salty for me that my body felt not good after eating the beef noodles. And I couldn’t eat anything else on that day but just wanted beverage.

***Highly recommend joining the virtual line up through google, especially during dinner time. Wait times sometimes could be as high as 1-1.5 hours. Broth seems diluted/watered down during lunch compared to 3 other times I’ve visited during dinner; not sure if it was an one-off***This has to be THE best beef noodle place in metro Vancouver; infinite times better than some other big name noodle restaurants in Richmond. Dined here twice, and the quality is consistent. Portion is more filling than it looks.The broth is flavourful and savoury, and the noodles are chewy and absorbed all the flavours from the broth. There are 4 big chunks of beef shank meat pieces as well, which are tender and flavourful. Great portion at a great price, the bowl is only $14.95 plus tax.The “Beef slice in Chinese Pancake” is also worth a try if you haven’t had this before; this place is one of the more authentic ones. Good portions of spring green onion and cucumber slices, and the sweet and savoury sauce is addictive.Steam pork soup bun is super juicy. Sadly since it took 25 min to arrive after we ordered, and have already finished our big bowl of noodles, we couldn’t fully appreciate it as much as we would’ve liked. Definitely recommend leaving some room for this if you’ve ordered this as a side.There is free 3-hour parking at the back (need to register plate number with restaurant) and street parking outside, and about 5 min walk from the Bridgeport bus loop/Canada Line station if you’re taking transit. I also recommend coming here if you’re staying/playing at the casino; it’s much better than what the casino/hotel offers, especially if you’re craving noodles on a rainy night.

The beef noodles soup was very flavourful and came with big portion. I prefer the tender beef from A3 to the steak from A1. Fried chicken was pretty good, beef rolls were okay only. Staff was friendly and always refilled our water. The only down side is it was a bit long for the food to come.

Delicious Taiwanese beef Noodles, flavourful broth with tender meat. But what surprised me was the dimsum. The chicken feet were better than what I had in Golden Swan in Victoria Dr and the steamed bean curd rolls were good too. Good price & portion as well. Easy to park.

Half beef half tendon soup noodle is good and less greasy than most other Taiwanese restaurants. Dumplings are awesome. I like the tea base of the bubble tea but the pearls could have been boiled for a little longer to make them less chewy.

Tried their spicy beef noodle soup. Very tasty and the beef was so tender! Their brown sugar milk tea is one of the best bubble tea I have had in Vancouver. Coming back again. I know it is hard to keep the food price down but please keep the service, quality and portion the same.
