Staffs are nice but make sure you have lots of time to waste and keep yourself warm with thick jackets for the line up outside. It's ridiculous on how long you have to wait at the line even you have an appointment. What's the point of making the appointment if the customers needed to wait for an hour in order to just drop off the key?

I recommend anyone who is going to have their tires/wheels service at Coatco : TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR WHEELS BEFORE THE SERVICE. This is what happened to my brand new wheel yesterday after Costco installed new tires on them. It's a 2mm deep chipped damage on the surface of the wheel. The damage is clearly done by some kind of hard object impact. Extremely unprofessional service, will follow up with Costco for solutions.

Staff here are so rude, and they aren’t trained properly on refunds and things regarding that. To yell, or speak to a customer in a mean voice, who is only trying to get a refund when they were told by two other costcos that they can process the refund at any Costco tire centre, is ridiculous. The Costco manager at another location was made aware of our situation and will follow up with head office.

I'm not sure why they don't have a separate line for appointments/pick-ups. This causes long lines and disgruntled customers. I found the staff themselves to be helpful, but there should be a better system in place to keep the line moving. While service cost is reasonable, you end up compensating for it with long wait times.

Staff named Queen let someone CLEARLY budge in front of us and then decided to help them first when we’ve been standing here patiently waiting behind the man in front of us.We also booked an appointment ahead of time.Frustrated also because we booked a previous appt to change a tire and they then tell us the tire had not arrived and had to rebook.

CHRISTINE manipulates the costco’s road hazard policy and gives misleading information to members. I was utterly shocked my 1 month used tire was not repairable and not covered by road hazard program. She said it with so much confidence it almost seemed real. I had to go home just to read and study the costco policy to confirm she was lying. I will be escalating this to the regional manager.

Poor customer service from Christine. She was quite rude to me and it wasn't only to me either. She was condescending and abrupt to another elderly couple.Otherwise the tire service was fine. I picked up my car about 2.5 hrs after drop off. I appreciated that they had put plastic bags around my old tires to keep my car clean. The customer service was quite off putting though, and I'm hesitant to go back.
