I have been a customer for a few years now and it has been worth it. I buy my mugs here and they have always been great quality. Since I generally buy a case, if there's any broken ones in there, they replace it the next time I go. So far my experience has been great and I hope it stays that way.

I want to give a Zero review but no options for that.We called this company 3 times and ensure that the product can be tested prior to purchase, moreover, we told them that we will be coming from Oakville to Scarborough for this testing.They said OK and we went all the way to Scarborough with materials to test.They didn't even entertain us when we reach and the employee over there doesn't want to assemble or show the unit that can be tested. They are very lazy to open the box and show it to us.Also, they want to show another type of product to test and we didn't agree, If we are going to do a driving run for Honda, you cannot test a Ford or Toyota, they simply don't want to work or entertain the customer or provide any value to the time which we spent today.Useless trip.Company reception is so dirty and messy place,They are not organized either.Such a bad and terrible experience,Please be careful.

I bought a 2x4 foot HEPA filter from them. Immigrant english speaking employees, so communication was a bit difficult, but otherwise everything worked well and went by fine. Price was really good. Will be purchasing from them again.

Before purchasing a radio amplifier I asked if it worked for a certain frequency. They didnt know but told me it is possible to return the item if it doesnt work for me for no fee. When indeed I came to return the item they took 10% fee. Basically told me one thing when I bought and complete oposite later. Completely disgusting experience dealing with these people. Wouldnt have bought anything from them Chinese scammers.
