There are a lot of games and gaming items. If you love to collect, there are many collectibles. Transformers, Pokémon, Sailor moon, and many other characters are available. Hats, socks, purses, bottles, stuffed animals, and many more fun stuff are available.

Outstanding customer service from the store manager Jay. Highly recommended and great location. Talked me through the options and was open and honest about is products and services. This EB GAMES location is located within the laval O smartcenters giving you access to walmart, super c, a tim hortens, Canadian Tire ans more. Plenty of parking and easy to access of the aut 13.Highly recommended!

Loved the atmosphere and they don't just work at a gaming store, they are gamers themselves. You can actually have a conversation about what they sell, rather than going to stores like BestBuy and feeling like a number.

Rude staff, cannot advice their waiting customers they are limiting the number of people inside their store due to social distancing measures. We asked if we can go in, instead the answer you get is if you don't want to wait you stay outside!" Nice one there bud! There goes your customer's loyalty out the window

I used to enjoy shopping there with my children so much so that they upgraded my membership card to gold." One day I walked in this store to buy a headset and mic for my son's PS4. We looked at the Turtle Beach model and another set. We were convinced by the store manager to but the more expensive set (Turtle Beach) and bought their $10 extended guarantee. When we went to home to try the set it didn't work. I returned instantly and was met with hesitation

Staff is friendly and always helpful. If you are looking for a game they help you out by checking other stores. Even the harder games to find. Manager is awesome so is the rest of the staff. Totally recommend this place to any gamer.

Great knowledgeable staff over the course of the week. I’ve recently purchased a console and some games to play with my kids over spring break, the representative took the time to listen and understand my children’s likes and dislikes in RPG and adventure games and provided helpful recommendations.I know almost everyone is typically inclined to purchase new games online and simply download them but you are losing a lot of value in purchasing a hard copy instead. GameStop offers a great trade-in program that would you never do so again
