Not at all happy with the delay tactics and run around by Ryan and Desmond in my own personal dealings with 519. Tried to blame the insurance company for delays by blaming them for not providing a timely release form that I sent to them myself. Finally got to my vehicle 12 days later, after it was released to insurance to find personal items missing. The city needs to revisit the companies they license. Emergency responders should be careful who they recommend. Stay away. Read the 5 star reviews and how many come from single review responders and locked profiles. Read between the lines. 1 star, real reviews and 5 star stories to make themselves look better than they are. Nothing in between.ADDING to edit my review. I felt unsafe when contacted by the owner at 8:39 am the morning after posting my honest opinion of my experience.

10/10 recommend. This morning I locked my keys in my car. Cody Newby came and saved my day! I called and within minutes he was here. He was so friendly and got my car unlocked right away. So glad to have found someone that is fast and reliable. If I have any troubles again he will definitely be the guy I call!

After a breakdown i called 519Tow Jonathan was fast to respond and helped me get my car to the shop and me back home. Big thanks to Jonathan and the rest of the 519Tow team.

My van broke down and i called 519-Tow, they hooked my van up fast and in a professional way, Matt was awesome, i couldn't ask for better. I have never in my life had a towing experience! I have only ever heard or seen horror stories of towing! 519 Tow completely changed my perspective. The attention to customer service that they showed me was out of this world. People often forget that this isn’t something they want to do to people but they are doing a job and courtesy and being polite goes a long way. I recently had my first major car accident, was so stressed and didn't know what to do. David F. was extremely helpful, professional and kind, explained everything that I needed to know, even came back to the reporting center because I forgot my jacket and gave me a ride home. This amazing company deserves more than 5*, I am forever grateful for the help and care they treated my damaged car and me. Thank you!
