Its amazing place and lost of cats n dogs n birds aswell. You can see the cats personally but for dogs u just check the profiles and select who u wana adopt. Once its approved then u r able to meet dog. But please visit before buying from breeder

We adopted our first dog here back in January, and we couldn't be any happier. They made the process very smooth and answered every question that we had. We love our pup and glad that we gave him a loving home.

My dog broke off his leech and had run away from me and after much searching for him he was lost...the staff at the Brampton Animal Services luckily had found him brought him to their center and because he was chipped they contacted me immediately and even sent an email...within no time I had my puppy back home and couldn't of asked for better more professional service with friendly supper nice staff

The place itself is really nice and the workplace with all of the cats, kittens and dogs alike were very adorable to work with, when I used to volunteer back in 2014. However, the management was very poor regarding volunteer hours and ended up setting me back my adequate hours required to graduate. The manager at the time was very rude and did not help me at all whatsoever, but the receptionist and other fellow workers were very splendid. I do miss the precious cats I mainly worked with and I hope they got adopted into loving homes.

We adopted our puppy from there and they made it so easy to do so. Everyone is very friendly and wants the best for all their animals - I would love to adopt again one day.

We adopted our rabbit here. We had a great experience from the very beginning. Everyone is very nice, and Jessica in particular is amazing. They care about the animals. I hope all the animals at Brampton Animal Shelter will find their forever home soon. We love our new little guy and am so glad we found him here. Thank you for taking care of him and us through the process. ❤️

We went in to donate bedsheets, pillow cases and a few towels to the shelter. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. We were unable to see the animals due to viewing restrictions but the rabbits in the rooms were very cute. The staff was very well informed and hopefully they will let volunteers spend time at the shelter soon.

I came 2 times once to purchase a kitten and possibly a bunny but we left undecided on the bunny. Amazing staff that day.One of the items i purchased for my cat ended up being faulty so i brought it to return and see if i found a bunny i liked.The ladies today were absolutely disgusting and disrespectful (other than 1 out the many i seen) clearly didn’t want to do their jobs, eye rolling, not wanting to answer questions and when they did they had EXTREME attitude. When asked to show me some animals i was met with “we don’t show those” but when i was there the first time i seen all the animals and all the workers were extremely sweet.I would’ve put this place to a 1 but i don’t want to discredit my first experience.Clearly they just didn’t want to accompany me for the rooms that were needed. As for the attitude…. if you’re having a bad day stay home.what if i was feeling depressed or stressed out today? This could’ve really upset me. I felt so uncomfortable.

This is a quick progression on my cat Denzel. I adopted him with his brother about 6 weeks ago and they have both come on so well.. the girls at the shelter are so friendly and you can tell they care about the animals alot. We got such a great deal too we would love to come back one day and adopt more kitties and help out. I cant recomend adopting enough. It takes time love and patience but me and my girlfriend have given 2 older cats a new chance at life and they are so happy for it
