The moving team was friendly, careful, efficient and timely as scheduled. We packed our own boxes and shrink wrapped our couch and chairs while the team over wrapped all furniture. . Amazingly, one dresser's screwed leg attachment plate (required replacement) was the only detected damage during the move.Great job! Thanks.

Everyone I corresponded with were efficient, very informative and cordial. The actual movers were efficient, friendly, very very accommodating, with all our requests. They treated our things with great care. And set things up for us… we didn’t have to do anything accept give direction. We highly recommend them for any future move!

If you ever have to move please please please don’t pick AMJ Campbell. If you know someone who is moving. Tell them. After 3 weeks of wondering where everything we own is… the truck has just arrived. It’s all ruined. Destroyed. Brand new living room set. New bedroom set. Every. Single. Box. Computer. Monitor. Coffee tables. If the box had something breakable… it’s broken. The people who delivered in PEI said in 12 years they had never seen anything packed so badly. Almost all furniture didn’t even have padding/wrapped. Owner in Barrie wanted nothing to do with dealing with it. We have been living in a hotel for 3 weeks. We literally have the same feeling as someone who just had their house burn down.They let me see the inside of the truck and how it was packed in Ontario. No covers on the furniture. Boxes destroyed. The team here couldn’t even pack it in their truck correctly because of how bad things were destroyed.Please share this is you can. This is the company that CBC News: Marketplace had on their show as the “reputable” moving company.

I felt the movers were a little, rushed with my furniture and some rubbing and marking happened.The extension legs of a collapsible shelving unit are missing.One base floor, stand lamp was broken and had to be discarded.

Quote, set up, pick up and delivery was top drawer!Lots of communication with us to ensure we were all set.The 6 movers were amazing. They assessed, they asked clarifying questions, they got to it quickly and all of the men had a great sense of humour as do we.Our dog wanted to go home with them.Thanks to everyone.

The moving experience was as good as you could get. As difficult as moving can be the moving team made is as good as could be. They guys were friendly and efficient and did a great job. As someone who worked in the moving industry for 4 years, I had high expectations on how a move should go. Well, not only did AMJ meet it, they exceeded my expectations!!!Trish from the Barrie office was amazing to deal with to get our move organized. She was friendly, knowledgeable and was great to deal with. She always was there for any questions or concerns that came up (sorry Trish….lol).The crew on loading day (Tom and Connor from North Bay office, and Mike and Braden from the Barrie office) were so quick. They didn’t hesitate to help us out to make our day going easier for us (such as load basement last as we had the dogs in there). Such a friendly crew who made a stressful day more pleasant.The crew on delivery day arrived on time just as they did the previous day (Tom, Conner, Kyle and Brad). They again were so quick, even with three of us giving them instructions where to put things…lol! Again, such a friendly, helpful and professional crew. We even shared some laughs during the day.We didn’t have any damages to any furniture or items in boxes, which were all places in the correct rooms.Trish, Tom, Conner, Mike, Braden, Kyle and Brad - thank you for taking such good care of us! We appreciate it so much! :)Anyone looking for a moving company - I would not hesitate to recommend AMJ!

It started off great, we had a huge truck with about 5 guys. The owner of the crew was great but his help not so much. Carrie 1 box at a time, ended up costing me huge! I told the guys if they wanted a drink to help themselves to drinks in the fridge and they helped themselves to everything. Cigarettes, food, and beers which weee not offered to them. They also were eating their lunch in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A lot of sitting around by 2 guys. When they were at our now house they dropped my head board and damaged it pretty bad. Every piece of my bedroom set had marks and scratches from them being careless, there were glass pieces broken in boxes that were marked fragile, and a mirrored table they broke. . I did complain but they did nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money! If anyone asks I will be telling people to go other places and stear clear!!!!!!
