Dr. Singh is amazing, listens to all the concerns and doesn't rush. Reception staff are very helpful and polite .I would rate this place 5 star + overall

Dr. Minhas you really need to think about your receptionist. They are the first connection to your clinic and one of the most rudest and laziest i have seen. I was happy with the Dr in general but i just cant deal with these illiterate ego bag of receptionist. Hopefully you dont loose too many patients before you fire the problem

Very bad experience everytime. The receptionist inder and rajveer are the most rudest person. They never talk politely. Never pick call, never respond, not even let us meet the doctor even when there are no patients waiting. The star is only for the doc and pharmacist, other than that the receptionist have zero professional etiquette’s, they only know how to do makeup and things, nothing else!! Very very bad !!! Would never recommend to go there.

Repeatedly waste your time. You book an appointment and still have to wait hours. Staff do not make your waiting time pleasant as well, no apologies.

Been going to this clinic for years. My doctor is good Dr Singh. Receptionists are amazing and friendly. However the other doctor, Dr Minhas was the worst doctor i have been to. Had to see her as my dr was away a few times, didn't care for any of my health or to make sure i was taken care of.Last year i went for a check up and she waited almost a month to let my doctor let me know my results (whilst i was on vacay) instead of letting me know right away herself to have it taken care of. What if soemthing went wrong? She refused to help me anytime becuase i was not her patient"."

Don’t recommend to anyone, today I have an appointment at 2:30 pm but still I am waiting for my turn and it’s 3:15 now ,, worst service worst clinic , please avoid to go to this clinic, they don’t have value of time , worst experience ever , zerooooo star !!!!!!!!

Worst reception girls Inder&Rajvir…. Star i am giving to doctor only but girls at reception don’t know how to talk to patients cuz nobody came to clinic for fun they are in pain thats why they visit clinic but they are so rude even doctor is available but they are saying not in office … they don’t want to work or what I don’t know but seriously not appreciated

Horrible clinic, they have no value for time. They do not know how to manage appointments at all. Despite having booked an appointment, you have to wait a significant amount of time to see a doctor. At that point, there is no reason for booking an appointment in advance as you have to wait so long anyways. I had an appointment booked and I still had to wait an hour before being seen. Receptionist staff is also very rude and don’t do their job properly.

Such a disappointing service from this clinic always, especially with the receptionist named Inder. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She doesn’t know basic customer service and how to respect and serve clients. I won’t be returning to this clinic because of her and how she makes the environment. Whoever hired her made a wrong decision, because she is not professional in this field and highly disrespectful. I would not recommend this clinic to anybody at all.
