COVID-19 Assessment Centre

I got tested on June 16 with my dad. The nurses gave us a sheet with the website and information about Covid 19. On the sheet it says it take up to seven days. for the results to come in . We checked after seven days and no results so we call our doctor her receptionist answer the phone she told us it take up to 13 or 14 days for the results . We checked again after 14 days and still no results. We called the receptionist back she told us to checked the middle of this week and last Friday. I checked today and last Friday no results it has been up to 23 days since we got tested.

Very good experience. I went in on Monday with no appointment. I checked in at the front desk and drove into the arena for the test. The entire process took about 10 minutes and was very easy. The staff were efficient and friendly. I got my results online in two days.

If you are planning to come to book an appointment expect about a 2 hour wait time. It takes them about an hour to book 25+ people and lines in the morning can stretch past 50. After that expect to go to the back of the car line.If you are driving in and have an appointment expect 30-90+ wait. Best if you have a morning appointment. By early afternoon the car line stretches out of the arena parking.Exceptionally slow though that's bureaucracy for you.

WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED RESULTS PROMPTLYWhile ALL of the staff were incredibly polite and made me feel comfortable, I have just hit the 2 week mark and STILL waiting for my results. I am furious because this is time sensitive, my work needs me back but I'm not allowed to come back until I have the results.Most of my co-workers went to Urgent Care in Stoney Creek and they ALL got their results within 48 hours. Myself and a few others are STILL waiting from this location, ugh!!

There is nothing surprising about this centre. Although you don't need an appointment, if you don't have one , meaning if you haven't called ahead and registered, you will be asked to park for a moment and go just inside the drive through area and register.There may be a few people ahead of you but it is really fast (it looks longer because of social distancing and they take one at a time.) Once registered, you just hop back in your car and get in the car line-up. Honestly, they have to do it this way because of all the information they need to keep straight. If you are concerned, call ahead! Wonderful staff and nurses. Please be patient and kind, they risk their lives every day to keep us safe.

Best to have an appointment. It makes the process efficient and quick and you stay right in your car the entire time. The staff were professional, respectful and friendly. Health card is checked and rechecked to ensure proper identity. The test itself took about 3 seconds and is very tolerable. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I was driving out at the time of my appointment. Overall a satisfactory experience.

The staff are excellent. Nurse`s were wonderful with two children. Please know they only take 100 no appointments daily. We arrived at 750 am and were 10th in line. The opened registration at 955. Be there early to ensure you get tested. Kids under 4 will not be tested at all. Good luck everyone stay safe

Fast testing when you pre-book an appointment - was out within 10mins. Results were posted within 3 days but I couldn't access them right away (see below)If you are having trouble accessing your results online, as in you get the error The information you entered does not match our records" - try using an older postal code"

Clearly states no appointment required for Covid testing online when you check Google Maps. When I got there they told me I needed an appointment. Pre-book your Appointment online using a laptop or desk top computer. It didn't work on my cell phone. I tried calling at first to book an appointment. Thats a waste of time left VM and didn't hear back. Just go online and Pre book a time. Remember they will most likely turn you away if you don't have an appointment. So don't waste your time just showing up. I heard they only take a very low number of walk ins so don't chance it. Especially if you show up later in the day. Hope this helps. Ignore older posts that say you don't need an appointment. Thats since change due increased volumes of people getting tested now versus the summer. I have also been Waiting for days and no word back on the results. I'm 7 days in from when this process started. From trying to book a test to getting the results which I'm still waiting for. Terrible and unacceptable turn around. Who ever is in charge dropped the ball.

I am not happy with the way you are or should I say you are not given your test results.I was tested on Sat. June 13th and now on June 27th I still have no results on line and have checked every day sometimes 2 or 3 times per day. I am asked told to check with your doctor if you have no results according to their paperwork and he has no results. All I want to do is visit my sister in a nursing home but have to be tested and at this rate I may never see her.
