Ken Fong is excellent! I always come to printorium to get my zines and pamphlets printed, I often have fussy custom paper to use, or non-standard file sizes, he is always so helpful and friendly and does an amazing job with my work - i always recommend printorium when people ask me where to print zines digitally, amazing service and good prices <3

I’ve been going to this independent copy and print shop for years and can’t recommend it enough. Every job large to small they execute with fast, professional, patient, and affordable service. Printorium is the best place to print zines in Toronto by far, they are non judgmental and totally understand the specificities of the medium. But also great high quality large format and banner printing and a variety of paper options. My favorite print shop in town! A staple of the self publishing scene.

I found about this when I was in a rush to get a scientific poster printed and they did an amazing job with the best pricing in the area for a rush job. Since then I have been going back for all my big printing needs and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.

Such a nice staff! Took care of my print last minute. I highly recommend this place. For a large print, try reaching out at least 1-2 days prior.

1. Staff is somewhat hostile. He has a strong Chinese accent, and when he notices that you're in trouble understanding what he says, he'll show you some attitude.2. Ridiculous pricing. First 10 pages are $1.00 for each printing and copying. I needed to print 2 pages, photocopy 1 page, and ended up paying $2.00 + tax. lol It's NOT cheap unless we're copying in a bulk.Moreover, why are you encouraging the customers to print more pages than they need? I almost decided to copy 10 pages of my driver's license while I needed just one, in case I need them in the future. It was all because the price is still the same. Don't tempt people to waste the resources. Don't you see that the whole world is fighting for environment? I understand your mother country is so against it, but you're not in there anymore to be censored and brainwashed. Now open your eyes and ears, see the trend, and love the earth.

Never a poor experience. Super friendly guy. Machines always function very well. There are 4-5 computers that one can utilise. The first 15 min are free.I once passed the 15 mins mark because the printer that the computer had defaulted to wasn't working (there was a note on the wall stating so but I hadn't notice) and once I got to the payment counter with my documents, the owner let me know I had passed the time but said it wasn't my fault so he waved the fee. I totally think it was my fault but very kind gesture.I continue coming back for the smallest favors because of this level of service.

Amazing customer service! Prices are amazing, and offers a variety of services. Very clean and organized environment. Definitely will return for all my printing needs!

If you see a pattern of comments regarding the poor service here mixed in with suspiciously terse 5 star reviews then you know something is up.I don't normally boycott businesses but the service and customer experience here forced me to permanently take my business to Net Cafe up the street at the corner of Spadina and College. With the plethora of alternative print and copy shops in the city, this place is an avoid at all costs"."

Dont use this place for custom work!!! Rip off!! Stay away. Do basic things only!!!Our assistant was so naive to pay them almost 500$ for 5-6 box- boards!!!
