We were practically pulling our hair out about handling a Virgin Mobile plan, but were helped greatly by the employees and managed to get a plan we were hoping to get out of Virgin's Loyalty Department. They even advised us to come back at a later day when they thought we might get a better deal.

We just moved to Port Moody and it was our first time at this Best Buy location.Everyone who helped us was very friendly and treated us like we were important. Some staff were more knowledgeable than others, but if they didn't know something, they'd go find somebody who did.Overall, a positive experience. We will definitely be back!!
