There's this guy. Jarod. working at this location. I came in during January looking for boots that wouldn't disintegrate in 2 months. Plus I have some ankle trouble. I had been hearing about these guys for months but I just couldn't justify the price. But I walked in there about as skeptical as I could be. But my man Jarod assured me these handmade boots are second to none and if there was ever a doubt in the product I could get a refund within the timeframe (Can't remember off hand.) But to top it off, Jarod was a passionate and knowledgeable person, and honestly, he's the guy that now has my loyalty as long as he's in the industry. I've been in there for free cleanings every other week. My job is abusive on boots and these boots keep up with the demand. Not to mention ive noticed a significant difference in ankle support, to the point i no longer need orthotics in my work boots. They regularly treat my boots and ensure they're performing at the highest level, and all I have to do is bring them in once and a while. I thought the excitement would wear off but every single time I go in there with questions or if I'm in need of service, I leave more impressed with not only Jarods friendly and efficient service, but the quality of service of the entire company. When Jarod was finished ringing me up, I grabbed my beautiful new boots and turned to leave the store. But before I left I turned and asked him, do you low-key love the work you do?" I did not know what Red Wing was till my friend said it was a good place to look for men’s shoes and boots!We picked a store off the internet and were pleasantly surprised at how nice a store it was. We found a great pair of shoes for my husband( who is difficult to fit) with the help of a lovely lady named Zoe. Thankyou for the great product made right here in North America. Awesome service. Owner is a stand up guy and was super knowledgeable on the boots. As a trades guy I am on my feet all the time, so comfortable boots are a must. Would recommend to anyone looking to get the proper fitment and will definitely be going back when it comes time for my next set!

I bought the Tuff Toe kit from this location today. The kit I bought had a leak in the package after opening it. I've used many Tuff Toe kits in the past. Never had this issue. I took it back to the store. With no hesitation from them, I was able to exchanged for a different kit. They also made sure the new one didn't have a leak in the package. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
