I got my eyebrows done at the Willow approximately 6 weeks ago. I chose to wait until they were fully healed to write a review so I could give the most accurate feedback. Firstly, the salon itself is immaculate in cleanliness. It was evident Katheryn takes pride in her workspace and ensures all health and safety protocols are upheld. Katheryn herself was super welcoming and friendly. She did an amazing job at explaining the process to me which made me feel more comfortable. Katheryn is absolutely outstanding at what she does. My eyebrows look fantastic. I had sparse eyebrows that started further back then they should (thanks to years of terrible wax jobs/over plucking). Katheryn helped me select microblading as the best option for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. My eyebrows are full and look so natural. The only thing I regret is not getting this done sooner!!! If you are like me and super nervous about getting semi-permanent make up on your face, do your research, read the reviews and go to Katheryn - there is a reason she has so many fantastic reviews and a long wait to get in!

I wanted to wait until the full 6 weeks was up and they were fully healed before I wrote this review. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Katheryn’s studio is immaculate, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. I was nervous about the process and Katheryn took the time to explain everything in detail to me and helped me determine which method was best suited for me. Katheryn spent time ensuring my eyebrows were perfect and were what I wanted. I never once felt rushed. My eyebrows look amazing. I am very happy with the outcome. I just wish I had done this sooner! Kathryn did an amazing job! I look 10 years younger. Can't believe what a difference it made! She is also super friendly and the salon is gorgeous as well as spotless. Five heart rating! ❤❤❤❤❤

Kathryn was so professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of getting my eyebrows done. I was referred to The Willow by a friend as I just loved her eyebrows. I was nervous since this was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was so impressed by Katheryns skills and the lovely environment made me feel very comfortable. She is an amazing artist and I’m returning for my annual touch up very soon!!

I had been considering microblading for years as i have barely any hair in the tail end of my brows but I was really nervous and hesitant. Many of my clients and friends (im a hair stylist) started coming into the salon with gorgeous brows and when I would compliment how nice their brows looked they always said they had their brows done by Katheryn. I went for my first appointment last year and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the space, Katheryns professionalism and ability to ease my nerves by explaining every part of the process and what to expect through the healing process. I highly recommend Katheryn to anyone considering microblading or powder brows and have sent my sister as well as clients to her and everyone has a great experience.

I had a great experience with Katheryn at The Willow. The studio is beautiful and extremely clean, and she talked me through the entire process, making sure I was comfortable and happy with how my brows were looking throughout the service. The healing process was much easier than I thought, following all of Katheryn's tips and resources.
