Enterprise Truck Rental
Amazing experience and amazing customer service. I was moving and needed a big 17ft truck to transport everything. My reservation was confirmed for 9am, but previous renters did not return the trucks in time. I forgot the employee lady's name, but she offered me a 20ft truck instead. The truck was in good condition and she showed me everything about the truck and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. This was a very pleasant and easy renting experience. If I ever need to move again, I will for sure rent from this location.

It was straight forward.No parking, but easy walk from Yorkdale subway.To return: use Allen Xpessway, and exit at Lawrence because there's a good gas station there. Dufferin night bus isn't terrible.Curiously rented from Enterprise"

These as l guys are awesome. Finally a rental place that is fast, nice to talk to, and friendly. I was on the 4th day of a move and the best part of the experience was by far my rental pickup and drop-off. Thanks everyone!

Booked a truck for the next day. Rental enterprise found out I was going to be towing a camper trailer and said they were going to bill me a towing fee. Never rent a vehicle from them again. If I could give less than a one star I would. I’m disgusted…

There seem to be discrepancies between the website information and the actual services provided. The website claims I can rent a truck without a Business License, but when I called, I was told I may need one, along with a minimum rental of 1 month. I'm confused about what would have happened if I had rented online and gone to pick it up. There may be a need for improvements in customer service as well, alongside providing more clear info.
