Informative and well presented material. The instructor was very impatient with those who were not so quick to learn. They took it out on the class in a way, I feel, that was quite destructive, rather than constructive, to many students learning (ex. Many were anxious, put down or discouraged by their words). If you are taking Standard first aid for the first time, I cannot recommend.

I took a First Aid course today at my college through Life Savers Canada, taught by Rufo Creencia. It was a full day course and was so much fun. Rufo is a fantastic instructor who is thorough and very personable. He is very funny and made the class enjoyable!

DO NOT GO HERE.I had to cancel my CPR course because I tested positive for covid. I was told that they can’t give me any refund.I tried contacting them again numerous times through phone and email and I was ignored. Calls were sent straight to voicemail. Very horrible service.

I took my Standard First Aid and CPR level C here. My instructor, Rufo, was both knowledgeable and entertaining. I feel like I actually learnt useful information without wasting time with the class

DON'T USE THIS GROUP.I registered for a CPR-C course but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted them days in advance asking about their cancellation policy, but was ignored (and continue to be ignored) despite numerous polite inquiries. Guess I'm not seeing that money again.Save yourself the hassle and opt for one of the other fifty million first aid training centres in Edmonton.This one is managed like absolute garbage.

Waited 4 months for my certificate, which they didn't put through, but gladly kept my money. Have called and emailed everyone and their dog for the past week and no one helps or answers the phone. Will definitely tell everyone I know to steer clear.
