Midland Golf & Country Club

Attended a wedding here. Good location with beautiful scenery. The food was great and staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient

I went here for 9 holes recently. Very nice course, forgiving since there isn't much water. Lots of woods to get into trouble in off the tee but most fairways are fairly wide. The course and greens are in great shape. After the round, we had a meal at the clubhouse and the food and service was great. The pro shop attendant was very nice as well.The only negative was the marshall, who came up to us after 7 holes and said it was clear ahead of us and we had to pick up the pace (I know that there was a twosome ahead of us whenwe started). He was kind of rude. We weren't golfing slowly at all; we were a foursome. We looked at the time and we thought our pace was fine and continued on at the same pace, finishing 9 holes in exactly 2 hours which is very respectable and under the standard 2 hours and 15 minutes (i.e. 15 minutes per hole for a foursome). He knew our start time, so I expect better from a marshall and he should not be bothering people needlessly. Other than that I definitely recommend this course.

Awesome course! Greens are in excellent condition. Can't wait to play the 9th as a par 5 when the new tee decks are ready.

Beautiful course! Nicely manicured and well taken care of. The restaurant food was good, the G & T’s delicious and the beer was cold! Great spot!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Stephen and his team at Midland Golf & Country Club. We had an absolutely perfect reception at their venue despite a power outage in the entire area that left the venue with no power all night. You would have never known there was anything off based on the food and service delivered by the team.Stephen is the easiest and most flexible venue manager you could ask to work with. He is able and willing to customize your event to be exactly as you vision. He is also the chef and the food he prepares is top notch. Everything is made fresh and never frozen and the preparation is perfection.The bar and bar service was perfect all night. With the power outage the indoor clubhouse bathrooms could not be used, but Stephen already had outhouses on their way to the venue before he called us about the outage (power was not out at our ceremony location). The outhouses were clean, and also had a separate hand wash station. There was no extra charge to us for any of the extras incurred due to the power outage that was out of everyone's control.We would not hesitate to have another large event at Midland Golf & Country Club. The team is great, Stephen is fantastic, and the pricing is amongst the most reasonable of anywhere we looked at for our wedding. We are beyond happy we chose Midland Golf & Country Club!

Yesturday we had a family reunion at Midland Golf Club. The service was awesome and the food was excellent. My guests said best turkey dinner they ever had. Home made soup, pies and cheesecake. Thanks so much for a wonderful memory of our first reunion on 3 years.

Wow wow!!! What an amazing experience it was on Jun 10 2023.we celebrated my cousin's bday , it was first time in Midland and we were absolutely blown away by the customer service and delicious meal we all had, we were around 35 people and were absolutely impressed by STEPHEN the chef and his team, we all loved the soup and meal , dessert .Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, we' ll certainly recommend your services to our friends and family. We got there and was not told they had a dress code. We were in jeans. They were going to let us play but just as tee time approached, they said they would refund our money. Never got to play the course. We understood and thanked them. That's why only a 3.

This beautiful old course is very dear to my heart! Use to play there every summer with my dad when we had our cottage for 45 years. The course itself is well manicured and a true test to your game. Old school dogleg holes that force you to think about your shot making. It looks like they are extending some holes by adding new tees. If I could play here every day, I most definately would. Hope to make it out a few more times over the summer

Thoroughly enjoyed a Wedding Reception here. Beautiful venue, delicious food, and delightful and helpful staff! So impressed!
