Joy was great to work with throughout the whole home buying process! As a first time home buyer having a tough time getting into the market Joy provided good, reasonable advice, she kept my expectations realistic, while staying positive about my prospects of finding something. It is great that she and Brian work together, it meant someone was always available to go to showings quickly.Because of how difficult the market is, it took me about 8 months and 4 offers until I finally found a home, but throughout that whole time Joy was always responsive, and answered any questions I had. During my final offer Joy gave me good advice and advocated for me to still get a good price on the home that I bought.

We've worked with Joy on a few different sales and purchases over the last couple of years and she has been great to work with! She's set the bar high for what we look for in a realtor. She really knows her stuff, is always available when we need her and makes sure to give our dog some extra love whenever she came over. Would highly recommend working with Joy!
