Matthew is so personable and knowledgeable, he has helped my Dad tremendously since November 2022. My Dad went from barely being able to stand, to walking with a cane in a couple months... brilliant guy and would recommend him in a heartbeat

Dry needling with Nitin is a safe, healing experience. He is very competent at IMS and has helped immensely with my neck pain. Also, his name is the same spelled forward and it is spelled backwards, so that’s cool. 10/10 recommend.

I've been seeing Jennifer for quite awhile now and she is a great physiotherapist and is an excellent source of knowledge on Pilates instruction which is what I've been seeing her mainly form She was of particular help after a surgery that had damaged my abdominal muscles. I give a lot of credit to her help in restoring my pelvic health. She focuses on core movement to help you avoid unnecessary injuries in your exercise and advocates for consistent movement and balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle. My core strength has never been so good. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent professional care. Mathew has helped me through recovery from 2 shoulder surgeries and my range of motion is vastly improved. One of the surgeries was unsuccessful but even that arm has improved from how it was before the operation. I've tried other places but this is the only one I would recommend

I have been attending Pilates classes at rebalance rehab and I am absolutely loving it! It’s teaching me the importance of proper posture. The classes are kept small which makes for lots of one on one time with the teacher when I have questions or need help repositioning. Pilates truly has something to offer everyone. Thank you for offering this service in our community!

Shawn has given me a tedious amount of relief from joint pain. He takes time to answer my questions and gives careful attention to my description of my discomfort. I highly recommend him as a massage therapist.
