My wife and I ordered a Cafe mocha and had to dump them out. There was absolutely no mocha flavor in them. The tasted like unflavored hot water. S9 GROSS !!!!

Our messed up order was quickly rectified but we all had tummy troubles the nest day. The young kids seem to hate their job. The dining room was a mess. Most tables and the floors we r dirty.

Took 10mins to get the food. Order was incorrect. Fries were burnt, no salt and somehow still cold, nuggets were crunchy yet almost raw on the inside, asked for like ice. Cup was half full of ice. My order number was yelled out, food slammed on the counter and the staff member just spun and left.Didn't realize my order was wrong till I was at the point of no return.Called in got brushed offThrew the entire meal out. When I emailed mcdonalds Corp I got a scripted response.

Now Mcdonald’s WTF….first of all, the printer on the kiosks is ALWAYS broken. Second of all do you guys know how to construct a god dam big mac? you put a middle bun on the bottom… and to top it all off I order one cone and you give me double what i asked for? I had to take on both those damn cones in a parking lot just so i could drive away, i looked obese because if you. Now im going to have stomach issues later because i can only handle ONE cone, BUT i did not want to waste food. Thanks a lot Mcdonald’s for giving me diarrhea, get your stuff together. ONE STAR, ONE.

Only had a coffee and a muffin, but I found the staff very helpful and the coffee…. Perfect. In fact, the coffee was extremely hot! and tasty. The team lead actually processed my order and was extremely friendly and I found the restaurant to be immaculate. It had been several years since I had been at this location and it’s totally renovated. Now it is more geared towards drive-through and takeout, but there is still some seating inside. Restroom very clean.

Well, I'm sorry to say but it was really bad... I'm not talking about food. The food was alright, same as at any MD. It was very dirty all over the restaurant. Not posting pics of a family toilet, but it was disgusting plus no soap in dispenser.All the tables were dirty, covered with food leftovers. We had to use wet wipes to clean the table for ourselves. Full garbage bins...A young employee (looks like had a break) was sitting at a dirty table eating ice cream and not only he didn't clean the garbage around but he left the paper from his cone on the table adding more garbage.I understand those are the fair days and it's busy, but it wasn't crazy busy at MD, so the staff couldn't clean at least a little bit! I used to work at a pizza place and I remember when we had busy days/hours you would sacrifice your break and go above and beyond or at least will be eating with one hand and cleaning with another.I wouldn't come back that's for sure!

After eating here today, I would be fine with being told I can never have McDonald’s again. I understand the limited options with the parking and drive-thru setup, but inside is horribly designed. I approached a counter with no staff up front, for 4-5 minutes. We had to wait to get a high chair, since it looks like they only have two. We finally got one and sat at a table that was still dirty, just like the surrounding ones. After ordering, they soon removed my pickup number from the screen, leaving me to believe someone else grabbed it. Nope, it was just sitting on a shelf in the back, not near anything to keep it heated. After sitting down at this low, tiny table, made to look trendy; I eat my Bic Mac, that was so cold, I could feel the lack of heat when pulling it out of the bag. I didn’t even finish my meal, because it was so bad. On top of it, they now charge the price of a sit down restaurant, and are too cheap to allow refills. So $1 drink days, but no refills when my drink in a combo is triple the price. I don’t remember having a worse experience at any fast food restaurant, in many years.

Minimum wage at its finest, waited over 30minutes watching cars that ordered after us with double the food get served food. We ordered a mc wrap and 5 nuggets and a soft serve. 30 minutes for that is wild. Great to see Minimum wage is so high for such amazing work. Foods cold and fry’s stale as hell. Like it’s precooked food how hard is it to warm it up.

Super disorganized you can hear the staff yelling at each other while the food takes forever to come out, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and to top it off the pop machines are behind the counter and when I asked for a refill they told me no they don't do refills.... every McDonald's I've ever been to does refills. How cheap can you be.
