No issue for me came at 9am dropped off package and worker scanned and off I go. It's very convenient cause they also have drop off box right outside the doors in case there's a longer lineup.

I had bad experience with purolator they would usually put a notice on the tracking page showing that a delivery was attempted but they never come, they don’t ring the door bell nor do they leave a notice as proof that they actually came . I have been waiting for them the whole day for my parcel…Now it becomes my job to chase them for a location to go pick up my parcel. I’m truly disappointed by their service.

Ridiculous service! They expect you to be home all day to deliver the package! Quite a few packages were sent to me through Purolator, but every time there are some issues! The dishonesty of some of the drivers is another problem. I always ask the sellers if they are going to send the packages by Purolator. If they say yes, I reconsider my purchase. Overall, the service level is very unsatisfactory.

Purolator system is great but drivers never deliver parcel at delivery location and we have to pickup from main location.

Used to be good but recently they added a drop bin inside and i haven't gotten an update for more than a week. The worker usually scans the package and I would get a refund from Amazon within 2 days. That's not the case anymore. Unfortunately amazon doesn't use Canada post anymore because of high volume of returns. But i used to get my refund the same day. They need to get rid of the bin and make the front desk workers scan everything. 1/5 stars from me.

They only have couple of customer parking which is normally not enough. Besides, staff park at the customer parking. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!I have to admit the offer pretty fast service specially if you are dropping off Amazon packages.

Stopped by this place recently and left satisfied. The staff were friendly and efficient, the selection was diverse and well-stocked, and the prices were within my budget. The location was convenient, with sufficient parking space. Overall, a positive experience that I'd gladly share with others. Thanks

The worst delivery service. This happened several times already, I have been waiting for a package for a whole day at home listening for the doorbell, but they never ring or knock, they just quickly stick attempted delivery" note to the door and leave immediately. And I have to spend my own time to drive to their warehouse to pick up the package myself. They have one job - to deliver package to customer's address
