I was told to shop somewhere else if i disagreed with a store policy and I was told that it is a thrift store not a store that sells brand new stuff and I should just accept if im talked rudely. This kind of behaviour from volunteers is why people.like myself that have come to the store tell everyone about how negative the experience was and how unprogfesional the store is run and not to shop there.very disapointing

Sorry my first review was a mistake. I went to two second hand stores in Langley in the same afternoon, this one was very nice and structured. Things are on shelves, cleaned up and clearly marked. The staff is pleasantly helpful. Liked this place much better than the second one that is just a block away.

Usually check out this thrift store once a week and find something interesting. It seemed to be lacking in merchandise - lots of empty spots - not as much to look at. Staff (as usual) were very friendly. Hope this is just a cleanse and they are not closing. Like to shop here and money helps children - a win/win!

Small store but a wide variety of items. Unfortunately, my partner and I felt very unwelcome here. We got weird looks upon entering. I liked their craft section with fabric and the collectibles in cases that they had.

1 Specific Racist staff.Follows coloured customer around and follows them to see if they are stealing.Staff even went through bag of purchased products just as customer was leaving to see if coloured customer were stealing.Nothing was found. No apologyDidn’t happen 1 once happened the 3 separate times. I have been followed in the store.I contacted the store and told them the situation and they said she was looking at someone else not me.When her exact words to the other staff members were “ I have to keep a lockout “ and looked directly at me in the eyesDon’t shop there especially if your coloured skinThis is very hurtful that even in this day there is racism

Sorry but I have to update.I understand that this store has a Pro life agenda. But to me there is a strong difference between being pro life, and anti abortion. Putting up an anti abortion display at Mother’s Day is frankly cruel and unkind. There are women out there who legit would love to have a baby who had to get medically necessary abortions; be it that the baby was non-viable, the mother would not have lived to term, or other medical necessities. To shame them on a day where they already feel so much pain is simply unkind.I’ve never yet seen a window display on the good work of fostering. Or on the love you could give by adopting. There are literally 1000s of kids on foster care in BC. Show us you really do love children, make a window FOR them. You clearly care, and put your love into your work. Your displays are lovely, your customer service is exceptional. Be a positive influence for the children that currently exist. Give them Hope.

The place is ok .but they charge to much for the bags 50 cents and they take them bk when u only use them once .if they want to take the bags bk after you spend 50 cents each on them they should let you pay 25 cents that's too much to pay for 1 use bag and you take them bk .it's not fare at all .Clean wise okService ok
