I spoke with an assistant to arrange an appointment. I received multiple reminders of how I needed to give as much notice as possible if I wished to cancel. Michael cancelled his visit right before he was due. I offered some alternative dates for him to reschedule but he didn't bother to respond. Poor customer service.
